Pathetic portion size...1/4 of bowl..Cost 5.30...portion like for kids.

Very poor and unreasonable service. I order yellow noodle laksa and requested to have the gravy pack separately. The gravy was packed with a much smaller container vs the container used to hold the noodle. With that, the staff only fill the small container with less than half gravy. When i feedback that the gravy will not be enough for the noodle, the staff insisted is enough. Only after I firmly insisted, then he unwillingly added a bit more. Worse, his colleague who helped to pack unhappily covered up the container and just left the gravy container there. I have to pack it myself into the plastic bag. EAT, I will believe that your service can be better than this.

The queue during peak hours are super long but the server is really quick at getting the food out. I would say it’s great for a cheap and quick meal. Of course the price has increased as time passes, but I think it’s still relatively cheap as compared to many other restaurants in Compass One. Probably my favourite meal after school last time.

Mee pok was just ok. Mee Kia felt like undercook, too tough. Ingredients ok. Seating space limited.

A more 'ATAS' (premium) version of laksa as opposed to their Ding Ji counterpart. What I like about their laksa is their gravy are more 'Gao' (thick) and flavorful compared to their Ding Ji counterpart which happens to be under Fei Siong Group as well. However, pricing wise they are more expensive as it is conveniently located inside the mall (higher rental costs as well). Overall, I will say they did a better job procuring the same consistent taste throughout their E.A.T outlets but I feel that Ding Ji should bear the same recipe as theirs too.
