Poor customer service. Never bother to check straight away reject us saying our cake not here. Store staff refused to call HQ to check. After we checked with HQ several time they keep saying will check and get back but never get back. We suddenly received a call from the store the next morning saying our cake is in. Informed her (store staff) that the birthday is already over (yesterday) but the store staff without apologising keep saying when you can come and collect. We called straight to HQ to clarify but HQ keep saying its just some misunderstanding not the store staff fault. It sounds like saying its customer's fault that caused the misunderstanding when the fault is actually caused by poor customer service by the store staff. Very disappointing experience.
