I ordered a designer cake from this bakery expecting custom piping, which was a key reason I opted for the more expensive option instead of a cheaper pre-made cake. Unfortunately, when the cake arrived, the custom message was missing, and I was left deeply disappointed. While the bakery claimed that the custom piping is a complimentary service, thatās not the point ā I wouldnāt have paid a premium for a designer cake if I didnāt expect the customization. Their customer service was slow, perfunctory, and frankly, didnāt seem to care about the inconvenience caused. A 10% discount was offered for future purchases (the audacity to believe Iād ever buy from them again!) , but that barely covers the disappointment of receiving a product that wasnāt as promised. Itās clear this bakery doesnāt take accountability for their mistakes and is more interested in offering minimal compensation rather than genuinely addressing customer concerns. I strongly advise staying away from a business that doesnāt value its customers or fulfill basic expectations. I am truly disappointed with the entire experience.

Kind of disappointing when you get a cake, sang the birthday song, cut the cake, and everyone was expecting a slice of it but was shocked to see MOLD all inside the cake. š¢š¢š¢ ā¦

Poor customer services from both store staff to HQ staff. Store never check properly informed our name not in their pickup list. Then suddenly call back the next day saying the cake is actually inside the fridge. Never apologise just keep asking when can collect when the birthday is already over. After that no follow through or apologise just ended the thing with refund.

Durian crepe packaging was not sealed properly so there was an open hole in all four corners. Had to toss it to prevent food poisoning so I wasted my money.

Poor customer service. Never bother to check straight away reject us saying our cake not here. Store staff refused to call HQ to check. After we checked with HQ several time they keep saying will check and get back but never get back. We suddenly received a call from the store the next morning saying our cake is in. Informed her (store staff) that the birthday is already over (yesterday) but the store staff without apologising keep saying when you can come and collect. We called straight to HQ to clarify but HQ keep saying its just some misunderstanding not the store staff fault. It sounds like saying its customer's fault that caused the misunderstanding when the fault is actually caused by poor customer service by the store staff. Very disappointing experience.

Horrible quality. Cakes are frozen, especially those with fruits. Mango cake always has itās mango frozen. Cakes are so dense! Not worth pay so much for such horrible quality.

Ordered the taro cake and the taro flavour is aromatic. Collection is hassle free. Candles and knifes are provided, but not paper plates. Swee heng bakery provides paper plates if purchase cakes from them.

As mooncake, season is near the corner so i went to get a box of mini mao shao wang durian moon cakes. We know, moon cakes it is great to get early especially when it is 40% off the actual prices. Nowadays, it is hard to get deep discount and somemore they allow you to purchase only one box. It depends, you are going for nice mooncake or convenient. This time, i went for conveniece. Highly recommend, eggless cake and durian mooncake. Better grab, the discount if not have to wait for next year already.
