Staff look down and attitude service. Been there and always have the same attitude staff. Bad service at this compass one outlet. I been to a fews outlet also to purchase, some mostly outlet is much better than this outlet. Please outlet manager i/c. Please train your staff to be more polite and friendly to others customers if they wanted to work in the services line.

Very much like every other Eu Yan Sang outlet but short on staff. Only 1 staff was in at the time I visited and he was engaged with another customer and could not attend to me. Could definitely do with more staff to be service oriented.

When I arrived, they were 2 customers waiting to pay at the cashier. The staff Justin took a long time to serve them. He forgot to charge one of the customers 10 cents for a bag, so he had to cancel the charge and charge again. When it was my turn, I had to tell him about the buy 6 get one promo of the herbal jelly, he was clueless and had to refer to the display. He included the extra herbal jelly in the bill and then had to cancel the payment. I told him I didn’t want the bag but 10 cents was charged but he gave me a 10 cents coin. Meanwhile, there were other customers waiting. He did not seem focus enough to do his job well.

My dad went there for the first time as his foot was painful to the point that he was limping. The counter staff told him there were many patients ahead of him and he has to wait. Told him to come back after 2 to 3 hours. No queue number given. After my dad came back, they registered and finally gave him the queue number. At that time not many patients in the clinic. However, a number of patients gradually walked back with their queue number. That means my dad had to wait even longer now that these customers (who had a queue number) would see the Dr first. The staff should have given my dad the queue number in the first place, instead of asking him to come back many hours later. In total, he waited 4 to 5 hours and NEVER got to see the Dr at all. Atrocious and bad customer service! An utter waste of time! They greatly prioritised those packaged customers and neglected those first time customers! It is common sense that a first time customer could potential be their regular if the service is good. It was a terrible mistake to choose Eu Yan Sang when there are other TCM clinic that are way more efficient and effective! Their reputation might go downhill if this goes on.

This is the last time our family will patronize from you. Very bad service and not trustworthy. Actually one star also I dont want to give. Wanted a red trolley gift but staff said only green left. Staff insisted I take the green one, but saw the red one hidden in the box. On payment, told me there is lucky spin, but after spinning, told me if taken the trolley no spin...if that's the rule, state with signage...you said it, keep your words! And most importantly, dont bluff!!!

I have been a regular customer of EYS for many years and I have never ever met with anyone who will be so patient, knowledgeable and helpful to share their products with me. Her name is Ding Dayong a mainland Chinese lady at Compass One Sengkang shopping mall.
Majority of their local staff are very rude especially those in their seniors. They also have students should be working part time are also quite polite and helpful. I have a pleasant experience with this Ms Ding. Thank you 🙏🏼

And old reputable brand of herbs. Can't go wrong buying herbs from them. But! would be good if there are more local staff who understand our culture n needs. Rather a strictly Chinese from China, who speaks only mandarin. Which I had a problem with 2 chinese speaking staff. Left with minimal purchase.
