I’d like to compliment your staff, Zhang Lian Lian, for her honesty and kind gesture. My son accidentally left his handphone at your store (Compass One) last night. When I returned today around 6:50pm to check, I was so glad to see the same staff on duty, Zhang Lian Lian. I asked if she happened to come across an Oppo phone with a blue casing — and to my surprise, she immediately said yes! She told me she was waiting for someone to call back but didn’t receive any ringing. Despite that, she kept the phone safe and even helped to charge it for us. I was honestly so touched by her thoughtfulness and sense of responsibility. She totally deserves to be recognised for her kindness. Thank you, Zhang Lian Lian — you made our day! 😊

Have always loved Famous Amos cookies and was pleasantly surprised at the great service given by the staff. The lady, (Janice) was perky and cheerful and also helped me with my redemption of my Cookie Club birthday voucher. Even when I had issues, she was patience with me as a customer. Kudos to great service 👍🏻 Will definitely be back!
