Bought our Wedding Bands on 8 June and a pair of earrings for my fiancée for our wedding day. Ani attended to us, showing us the different types of wedding bands he was very gentle and welcoming to us. Felt like someone close recommending us rather than a salesperson pushing for sales. Coco was proficient in her knowledge of the earrings and diamonds, and recommended the suitable earrings to my fiancée without pushing out the expensive earrings. Overall, very satisfied with their services and accommodation. And Ani, if you are seeing this, please stop giving us so much water bottle next time we visit!! We have a total of 6 bottles already!! 😂

My mom has been searching for a bangle as my wedding gift for months. Walked past goldheart many times but other salesgirls didnt felt as sincere and honest and hence walked away without exploring much options. Randomly walked past today and was served by Jason Pek & Lock Jian Yian. They were friendly, welcoming, honest and not pushy at all. Hence took a second look at the available pieces and surprising found something I like 👍🏻 Appreciate their great patient service.

I visited this outlet and was assisted by Coco. I truly appreciate her sincerity and honesty in explaining the diamond earrings I was interested in, all without any pressure. She was extremely patient and attentive, ensuring that all my questions were answered thoroughly. The store manager (whose name I didn’t manage to catch) also provided excellent service, contributing to the pleasant shopping experience. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. I’m very impressed with the exceptional service provided by the team and would highly recommend this outlet to anyone!
