honestly it’s not worth the price at all. The tea was average at best, nothing special in terms of flavor or texture. For the amount they charge, I expected something way more premium, but it tasted just like any regular $3 cup from a neighborhood shop. the drink was mostly ice. Definitely overpriced and overrated. stupid.

On 26th July 2025 at 2048hrs, I ordered a sugar-free taro drink due to a medical condition, but due to staff negligence, they made the drink with full sugar — it was extremely sweet. I took just one sip, and my blood sugar skyrocketed to 25 mmol/L (450 mg/dL). This is not a simple mistake — this is a public health and food safety violation. I will be reporting this to the relevant food safety authorities. Such negligence can cause hospitalization or even death, and no one should have to risk their life for a drink order. This is an extremely dangerous level. For someone with diabetes, it can trigger severe and life-threatening symptoms such as: Seizures Loss of consciousness Blindness Blurred vision Shortness of breath Nausea and vomiting Confusion and coma Diabetic Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic State (HHS) Long-term: nerve damage, organ failure, and even limb amputation

I have been drinking the brown sugar pearl milk tea and recently found out they might have changed the pearl or the formula so it doesn’t taste as good as before. So disappointed!!! I was surprised they are still selling the rice balls for the winter solstice.

Ordered gongcha longan honey drink,but is basically just honey .you can see the picture the color of the drinks. I go check online the color is not like that. Email to gongcha no reply ever since .I go check the staff there he tell me the drinks is basically just honey drinks . What??? So what do you put the longan name for?I mean tbh right I can totally make honey drinks myself man.. Went to compass one outlet wanted to check with your shop staff if can order through the counter as I wanted to make payment via ShopBack but your female staff was literally very rude and she cut me off by saying you can order at the self ordering kiosk. Wasn’t informed that your had removed the ShopBack payment.

I have never tasted tea this bad in my entire life. I ordered lychee black tea and it tastes just like diluted black tea. where is the lychee? i might as well get pure black tea at a cheaper price right? the black tea is so bitter as well. remove lychee from the name and stop scamming your customers. this is my first and my very last time here.

This caught my eye 👁️, so I ordered the Gong Cha Earl Grey Milk Tea Tang Yuan Bowl (S$4.80) to try. As their Christmas Bottle design looks whimsical 🦄, I ordered one too (S$2.50) since it’s the Christmas season.🎄❄️😄 The Tang Yuan Bowl comes with 4 peanut flavoured glutinous rice balls, grass jelly and black pearls. This combi of tang yuan with earl grey milk tea was really good! 😋 It’d be perfect if they allow me to opt out of black pearls as they don’t work well in my digestive system and I’ve got to avoid it.

Staff are very friendly and there are always orders coming in, be it from physical customers or those who order via platforms. The outlet at compass one has seats. Having an open kitchen also means that public can view its cleanliness standards. If you want to buy bbt and store in the fridge overnight, try getting the white pearls. It won’t harden. I like the alisan milk tea, but tried oolong today. As a bbt store, it met all my expectations. 👍

Quick fix for my BBT craving with Gong Cha deals purchased on Shopee partnership with Chope. 2x Earl Grey Milk-tea with 3J topping at $4.40! You would need to registered with Chope to redeem the eVoucher on Chope app after purchased on Shopee. Milk tea is okay though the black pearls could be better as it tasted abit soggy. Jelly topping was good though. There are seats available if you like to enjoy your BBT on-site. Service was pretty fast and smooth redemption.

Got the creme brûlée taro milk tea, the heart shape is so pretty. I didn’t remember it’s a heart shape when I bought at Nex. Anyway, the ice got to be lesser. The ice is kinda too much ~
