We walked into Hong Leong Finance at Compass One on Tuesday 27/5/25 around noon as there wasn’t any customers. Received excellent service from Ms Stephanie Wong who helped us opened an account. She was detailed in her explanation, patient and had pride in her work. It was obviously a routine daily task for her but during our interactions, she made us feel we are valued customers. There was so much paperwork for opening a new account and it would take about an hour to complete. She advised us to return after our lunch and said she would continue to attend to us later. It was assuring because for such important matters, continuity is key. And being served by a professional with positive body language (eye contact, good & discreet communication skills, no cigarette odour) means Hong Leong Finance places much emphasis on the quality of its frontline personnel. We later found out that Ms Stephanie Wong is an excellent service superstar. We truly agree. PS: I read the autobiography about Mr Kwek Leng Beng. He is the main reason why we finally decided to open an account at Hong Leong Finance. Thank you very much for your contributions to Singapore 🇸🇬

The experience at Hong Leong Compass One is pleasant. Staff were extremely helpful and warm. Downloaded HL App and they were patient to explain the use. Thanks Stephanie and Elijah.

Very efficient service from counter staff and manager who patiently advice on the FD renewal process and other steps to submit documents for auto renewal via online forms without having to pay the physical visit. Kudos to team!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at a Hong Leong Bank at Compass One on 15/4 2.30pm. My experience was marred by an unreasonably long waiting time was almost 2hrs to process my fixed deposit. This is unacceptable, especially considering you have 5 counter staff and I could see that only 1 was effectively serving customers from 2.30-3.30 and another 1 began serving from 3.30. The waiting time received, how it fell short of expectations. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. Fortunately, the counter staff no 3 who served me were nice and friendly. I believe that Hong Leong Bank should take steps to improve its customer service, specifically by reducing wait times, looking into digital process to help staff to work on efficiency.

Stephanie is a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable Hong Leong staff she always very patient and with very good and sweet smiling face ia a way to motivate and warm my life and be more positive when encounter the problem although she is a teller but she can brighten up the customer life..very well done Stephanie Wong ..keep it up

Visit dated on 4th May 2024., at CompassOne outlet. Staff processing service fast, friendly and good, no matter enquiries at the facing doorstep counter guy or another counter lady staff served us.! Keep it up always! 😍 …
