No issues with the customer service but more with the product. Sad to hear that they have discontinued with the Aquascape series of reed diffuser. It's great that they have finally introduced refill bottles, which are more sustainable than buying a new bottle every time, though the range of refill is limited. Nice scents but too subtle.

I want to give a big thank you to the cashier and I believe her manager who helped me with a refund recently. They were both incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. The malay lady was very cheerful and friendly, which made the entire shopping experience so much more pleasant. What could have been a stressful process turned out to be smooth and enjoyable thanks to their great service. Truly appreciated!

I had stopped visiting the Compass Point outlet due to some unpleasant experiences with a staff member in the past. However, my last two visits completely changed my impression. All thanks to a Malay lady staff who was cheerful, knowledgeable about fragrances, and had such a pleasant attitude when serving customers. She truly made the experience enjoyable again. Great service makes all the difference!

I was window shopping and I went in to Hooga Compass One. I was greeted by Ms Ra. I also choose a few fitted sheet set. I always like the products of Hooga. Another staff was also very sweet to assist me to put to the counter after seeing me with a few fitted sheet set. Ms Ra was also very helpful in explaining how to maintain the bedsheets. She is very jovial and friendly. She is also very patient and professional. She had made my day. Thank you for your wonderful service.

They really need to train their staff. I believe all the bad review is pointing towards this particular staff named Celeste. I experienced her bad service myself. Went in to look for bedsheet and ask her for help, but was treated like i owe her money or something. At first i thought was her face problem, but after going through the bad review, i realised that it is just her giving black face to customers. It was truly an unpleasant shopping experience. I managed to get two bedsheet for myself, and as usual, was very satisfied with Hooga's quality. Would advise people to head to other outlets for a better shopping experience.

Visit on 8 nov, staff rude. Chit chat at the cashier only. The tall lady especially when make payment see look at me like i own her a living. No even a thank you whn i take my purchase from her.
