There’s a chinese young lady was very rude. I mean my friend was trying to looking a towel but he didnt notice it’s bath mat and she’s like hello sir this is bath mat, not a towel after that she pointed to the other side said if you want the cheapest towel is there and walked away

Experience a bad attitude of a staff at Compass One when I was at the shop. When I ask her a question, she replied back rudely asking me to check on the notice board myself for the answer. I will not visit this shop anymore. I will file a complaint with the office in this building.

Been here a few times. Sales person happy to assist when you need help. I bought a lot of kitchen wares and they make sure to wrap each of them carefully. Thank you!

Very rude and lousy customer service. Especially the Chinese tall girl with long hair. Lousy attitude girl that lazy to serve
