During PH eve, peak period Ichiban Sushi allowed customer to choose their seats. Cannot imagine during peak period you all allowed this to happen even if customers your staffs should informed customers this is subjected. 2 pax customers allowed to choose their seats and take on a sofa seat table which can accommodate 5-6 pax. Ridiculous! And there is a 2 pax available.

Went for late lunch, self ordered and attended by a very helpful staff Benny. He had attended to our needs without us asking. We had make special request and immediately he informed the kitchen. He is very friendly and attentive. Can see he is very hardworking. Pacing up and down without rest. Thank you !

It is a great place, but definitely on the pricier end. I often come here with my family when we are craving japanese food. Really delicious, and if you are craving japanese food and have a great budget, definitely try out this place! When buying here, you should go for the value meal sets or sets in general, usually has greater value and taste great.

And I loved how you took initiative to offer to refill our green tea (we were looking to flag down service again but were a bit embarassed to do so haha). 10/10 will order the Chocolate Fuji again!! ✨️

Been a regular to this outlet. Usually crowded during lunch and dinner time, especially weekends. Nice and friendly staff, their salmon teriyaki are always fresh and yummy. Love the cheese hotate too.

We are the regular diner at Ichiban Sushi, the Compass One mall. We like the food and service very much. The restaurant space is not big and it always has a long queue waiting but it is worth the wait. The staff is friendly and responsive. The only comment is to change the one and only Japanese song to more varieties of Japanese songs. The song is not soothing to the ears. Thank you

Seating is quite crammed. +$4.50++ for rice, miso soup n fruits. Prefer watermelon. Jap curry dish is good. Mentaiko cheese n potato is also yummy. What's commendable is wait staff, Katherine. She's v attentive n alert. She heard d chopstick drop n she quickly brought over clean chopsticks. We didn't have to call staff to refill our cups but she will do it 'automatically' for us. Thanks, Katherine!

Located at 1st level, staff provide great service, polite and friendly. Food quality is top notch, food choices a lot. The restaurant plays classical Japanese music, very soothing to the ears. Must come try.
