Great friendly customer service. Very knowledgeable and excellent prices and selection. Particularly love the Anyer brand that is only stocked here. Got a new screen protector for my phone and bluetooth ear buds - all of excellent quality. Re the prev negative reviews, remember for every 1 negative review, there are 100 more positive experiences. People like me who have positive exp often do not take the time to leave a positive review. I've been shopping here for ages and highly recommend! 😀

Extremely rude service — if I could give zero stars, I would! I walked in to ask about the price of an iPad 16 screen protector and requested to take a look at it. The lady at the counter rudely replied, “What do you want to see?” Seriously? As a customer, don’t we have the right to see the product before deciding whether to buy it or not? Honestly, I just walked away without buying anything because I was shocked that such poor customer service still exists in 2025.

I was come down to this shop for repair my phone, the staff doesn't listen to my enquiry properly and reply me with a rude manner, the way that staff speaking is like scolding me which is rude and unprofessional, really upset with their service highly not recommend for this poor service shop

Probably should have headed the low reviews from other users. Came for a tempered glass protector for Xiaomi 14t. First warning sign goes off when the lady owner walks to a separate counter with my phone to put on the screen protector without letting me know (I know this is Singapore and it's generally safe but might be good to let the customer know what you are doing with the new phone) The other owner insisted initially on making payment upright but relented when I said I wanted to see the finished work before making payment. The finished work is probably less than ideal with some bubbles at the bottom of the phone. The lady claimed that the shop has the best fit and she cannot remove the bubble as it will cause more bubbles at the top of the phone. It would have been nice if I was told about this before hand. This is the first store that does screen protector that result in bubbles after so many years. Visit only if you are okay

I just came to buy screen protector and casing for my new phone from this shop again as previously I bought my screen protector and case from this shop and it lasted for very long. The staff gives good recommendation and I am happy with my purchase.

Came yesterday to put screen protector n buy a casing for my hp. My previous screen protector also do here n it last me for 2yrs until i change new hp. Staffs was very friendly n knowledgeable about their stuffs.The younger lady staff (the daughter) has very good skill in pasting the screen protector for my hp. The lady boss recommended a very pretty n good quality casing to me. Overall i am very happy with my purchase n their service. Will definitely patronize again. Thank you igen..

Brought less than 1 day and the camera glass is already all scratch very bad quality! Compared to another brand “ZEELOT” after using for months and not to forgetting the case isn’t protecting the camera barely has any scratches. Should have listened to all the multiple bad review regarding their lousy screen protectors.
