I was at the Compass One store on 16/8/15 at 6pm to collect my MacBook Air 2. The male staff, Boon Kat, is very helpful & polite assisting me. He has a very nice & pleasant personality. I’m very happy for his assistance.

My recent experience with iStudio Compass One left much to be desired. I’ve ordered the latest iPhone and came to this outlet to collect it. I was asked to sign an acknowledgment note before even receiving the iPhone, which I found to be quite unusual and concerning. The sales representative I interacted with also exhibited a rather dismissive attitude including a noticeable sigh and a rude waving of his arm while saying “No, bring it back to Apple store. We are the reseller” when I enquired on post customer service support should there be issue with the product I’ve purchased. It’s his tone of voice and the body language that put customers off. Perhaps, he just wants to be a reseller, so don’t expect customer service.

My partner and I had a fantastic experience at iStudio thanks to Chin. He was incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, no matter how many questions I had. His deep product knowledge and calm, professional demeanor made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It's clear that Chin genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choices. I bought my new iPhone16 Pro last week & unfortunately my old XR iPhone was in such bad shape; I had problems transferring data from the start. Chin was extremely helpful; he not only guided me; explained to me in details; tackled the problems one by one & made sure I have a successful transfer to the new phone. I had to bring it back to him as I failed to do the set up at home. I went back a total of more 3 times over the span of a week! Chin was so ever patient & made sure I got everything over to the new phone. I truly appreciate him going over & beyond his duty to give his customer the best. It’s not everyday you get to meet a dedicated customer/sales personnel. Thank you Chin & his team at iStudio for your help, patience & sharing. Kudos!

Attitude of male sales staff is not typical of my usual Apple experience. “It’s like this”, “nothing you can do” etc. These are not words I usually hear from Apple sales staff. I walked out of the store as disinterested as he was. I will bring my business elsewhere. Thanks, but no thanks.

I visited Compass One’s iStudio on 9 May 2025 at around 1.20pm, with the objective of wanting to learn more about Mac Mini. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was served by this male staff wearing glasses and he was very unhelpful. When I asked about connecting Mac Mini to a non-Apple external monitor, he replied me he doesn’t know because here they are only selling Apple products. When asked if Mac Mini is using USB-C, he responded dismissively saying that “Oh in that case you can go and try lor! If it doesn’t work it’s not my problem.” I felt appalled by the way he replied me. Firstly he did not answer my question. Secondly, his tone sounded challenging rather than helpful. When I asked again if he knew what my question was, he continued saying “Since you say can then you go ahead and try lor!” His colleague who was standing nearby did not intervene to assist the situation. I decided to walk out of the store. It was a horrible experience for a customer who walked in wanting to learn more about your product. As a customer, I expect better service, especially when seeking guidance on your products. I have already reached out to [email protected] but no response from them.

came in just to see the new iphone 16 colours, employee stood in my way to clean the phones. Minded my own business looking at it he asked me what I want, and i told him i wanted to see the iphone 16, tried to ask a question. He just grunted yea and ignored me. Terrible no wonder the rating so low

The customer service at I studio Compass 1 was exceptional! Calvin went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently, leaving me feeling completely satisfied.thank you and definitely will come back

Got one salesman Henry Pua who simply is not interested to do sales. Suggestion : change job. Don't be frontline facing customers . You will chase potential sales away

Today I went to istudio at Compass One n enquiry about iPad but both staffs (male) is not helpful n reluctant to talk. Treatment was very bad, like I had own them money. I’m there to buy not asking for free items.
