Misleading Information and Unhelpful Service at iStudio I visited iStudio with the intention of purchasing a new Apple Pencil that’s compatible with my iPad. Unfortunately, my experience was quite frustrating. The salesperson informed me that the version of the Apple Pencil I needed was no longer available and claimed it was no longer being manufactured. He even went so far as to confidently suggest that no other stores would have it either. When I asked if other Apple stores still stocked the product, he denied it, suggesting I purchase a third-party brand pencil instead. Despite not being pushed into making a purchase, I felt misled by the inaccurate information being provided. After checking the official Apple website, I discovered that the version I was looking for is still available, which left me feeling quite cheated as a customer. I understand that sometimes stock can be an issue, but providing incorrect details about a product’s availability is unacceptable. I also felt that the salesperson’s recommendation of a non-Apple brand was a bit too pushy, especially given the situation. I hope that iStudio takes customer service more seriously in the future and ensures their staff are better informed about the products they sell. I’ve always trusted Apple products and expect their resellers to maintain the same level of quality and honesty.
