Over the past few years, I have had an amazing experience at Jean Yip (Compass One); the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. My stylist, Nicolas, took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions that suited my hair type and face shape. And another stylist, Serene, was kind and explained every step of the treatment process. The entire experience felt relaxing; I could tell they cared about the health of my hair. Highly recommend.

I did the regenerating treatment. Karen was my beautician, she was very thorough with the whole process and it did not feel rushed at all. I really enjoyed and felt very relaxed. Elle was my consultant, she made sure to check with me and make sure that the quality of work was up to standard. I’m very happy with the after service.

I had a trim and blow dry recently and was really pleased with the whole experience. Both Sophia and Wendy provided excellent service. They were professional, friendly, and attentive to what I wanted. The trim was just right, and the blow dry left my hair feeling fresh and looking great. I’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

I stepped in this outlet by chance without much expectation as I thought it will be another come & go salon till I was attended and service by Nick. I always believe a hairstyle will affect one appearance & emotions hence I really hope to find the right stylish which my dream came true after first experience. He will be open to share his idea base on individual features, the outcome always turns out great and never fail to impress me. Is very hard to get his schedule because he have many regulars customers but I still decided to write this review as I wish other people who still searching for the right stylish can give Nick a try.

I actually signed a package with compass one several years ago. As I have moved to another place, that is why I didn’t come back to compass one. I have decided to go back to compass one after unhappy incidents that happened at bugis branch. I called and booked an appointment at compass one, was impressed with the sms appointment system, that informed me the timing of the appointment. I was served with a hot tea, then I met a friendly and experienced hairdresser Ms Sophia. A very sweet and accommodating lady who is very professional too. She keeps prompting me on how she is cutting my hair and also impart her knowledge of helping me to maintain my hair. Next I also met Ms Serene who done the hair spa for me. Very friendly and service oriented lady. We had wonderful conversations. Thank you Ms Sophia and Ms Serene for making my day and also let me reconsider Jean Yip as my choice. Please assist to compliment both wonderful ladies for their amazing service.

I came in for a haircut, colour and treatment, stylist Nick and Wendy absolutely nailed it. Cynthia also took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The color turned out perfect just as I wanted and the curls Wendy did turned out amazing. On top of being super talented, they are also incredibly kind and professional. Came in for an impromptu treatment since I was around the area. Happy that despite being a last minute visit, everyone was kind enough to accommodate. Evian is great! I’ve been coming to Jean Yip for a facial over the years and they’ve never failed. Evian provides really good advice to take care of my skin and I’ve seen a major difference in it over the years. My acne problems are more or less solved.

Very satisfied with my hairdo at Jean Yip Compass One! Both hairstylist Sophia and Wendy are very skilful and took care of every little details. Really love their dedication in their job. They have provided a pleasant experience for me as a first time customer doing hair styling for a wedding dinner tonight. Will definitely return for more services.
