Anyone who is thinking of try their services, I would suggest you think thrice. After trying their so called promo price package, they will hard sell you their so called worthy package and told you health is more important than money etc.
Their good services are only the very first day, their service will significantly dropped after you signed the package. They told you that you are free to make appointment at any outlets in Singapore and they have more than 10 outlets. But you won’t get to make appointment at any outlets besides the one you signed. As other outlets will just tell you fully booked.
As you can see other negative comments, it happened the same like can’t make appointment, even you booked the appointment and they can cancelled your appointment as and when, and everytime they are using the same reason like last minutes staff training, double booking, sickness etc.
Even they ensure you that you will have the full refund policy also just a gimmick. You won’t get your money back once you signed and paid for the package. They will use a lot of methods to deduct the refund amount. End up you may just get less than 50% back of the money without using their service. It means that you pay so much money for nothing but just to get yourself more troubles instead of what your initial motives to sign a health spa package.
Anyone who is considering to sign, really think thrice or more.

TCMedi Spa came up as an advert based on algorithm search. Tried promo trial 90mins Bojin facial for $58. Not quite a spa environment and the facial was super basic using unknown products. Focus was more on the Bojin almost like a face massage instead of a facial. So if your face feels tired then this would be it. Otherwise, I wouldn’t come back as I personally didn’t feel comfortable the whole time of treatment. The reception did try to promote a package.

Hyper hard sell on packages—three ladies staring you down, practically keep asking you to commit to an $800+ package after just 20 minutes of treatment.
Their face turned black after I politely declined three times, as if Im not paying for their first treatment. It’s just your typical guasha, which other places offer at much lower prices. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I went for massage this week and was attended by Auntie winwin after my friend has recommended me. Her skills ans technique was remarkable, it gives me a relaxing experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled masseur!!

They made me sign up for one plus one package for Bojin massage with additional herbal oil and cupping included in the price. Once I’m in massage table they changed the service to lymphatic. Like why?? The massage was mid and doesn’t justify the name TCM. When I went for the second time(to complete 1+1) service, they started with lymphatic but half way through the messuse says she would add guasha for $35 extra. I said no need but she brings in the receptionist when I’m lying down half naked and started explaining that my body needs guasha. Then I told her my initial package was for bojin and I’ll go with it., she said no we already started guasha so we will go with it and made me pay extra $42
They are just behind your money and nothing else. Throughout the massage the lady kept on talking about package.. no time to relax. A complete waste of $200+ for mediocre service.

Took up the $38 trial for the back and ahoulders for 30 Min. Therapist You You was very good. I felt so relaxed and tired (to sleep). Hope I can have a good sleep tonight. Normally I wouldn't consider massages packages, but for this, will consider taking up in future!

Please arrange training for the receptionist.
When I called to book a facial appointment, I asked for the earliest available slot but was told it was fully booked. I understand it’s a busy period with Chinese New Year around the corner, but the issue is that every date and time I suggested was either unavailable or fell during their limited hours, like only working from 2 PM to 3 PM.
As customer service, the correct approach should be to provide a list of available slots for the customer to choose from, rather than repeatedly asking the customer to guessing the available days and time.
This needs to be addressed to improve communication and service standards. This kind of service is really unacceptable. Although she said give me waiting list during short conversation.

Aunty win win and yo-yo massage is so good. Solved all the aches instantly after massage. We feel so great after the session. The masseurs are so knowledgable and will tackle according to our problems.
