Service was friendly and professional! Understand that they have been there at compass one for a long time (since 2006) cos of their loyal customer base and it’s not difficult to see why. Great quality nails product, beautiful nails, excellent care of service, I will be coming back for sure 👍

Manicurist is super friendly and super patient. I showed them a photo without explaining much and they can replicate what I want. The nails are more beautiful than the photo that I showed them. Also, due to my offwork time, I reached the place around 7:20pm and their official closing time is 8:30pm. The manicurist is super understanding and completed the work professionally.

It was my first time doing nail extension & I was impressed with their art design which looked nice. I love the place as the environment is comfortable & clean❤️

Went for gel+overlay removal with manipedi. Spent nearly $200 but left with extremely overfiled, weak, brittle, sensitive nails. My nails were burning the whole session and I kept flinching but they kept filing regardless saying the overlay is thick when in fact, they are filing my natural nails down already. I’ve been getting my nails done for the past 5 years at other places but this is the first time my nails got damaged.

Jennifer & Yennie were the best! Have been visiting them for pedicures and tried manicure for the first time. Always flawless & my pedicures always last until they grow out fully.

Enjoyed the services provided at Kawaii nails, especially pedicure and foot massage. The environment is clean. Jennifer is very friendly and service is professional and thoughtful.

“Mummy, this is the best nail salon ever! Their nail art is so perfect and so gorgeous” said by my 9 year old daughter. Honestly, by far the best service I’ve ever received from a nail salon in Singapore. Such a pleasant service and I was never forced into purchasing their package. Their exemplary customer service and work perfection can never be matched! Thank you for gifting my daughter with the “bestest manicure ever” as said by her!

I've been a customer of Kawaii Nails for a few months. I really like how my nails turn out every time I am here. The usual manicurists are Jennifer, Helen, and Anna. All of them are good at what they do, and the service here is generally excellent (friendly, pleasant, and attentive to my needs). The lady boss, Fay, is extremely amiable and pleasant to interact with.
