WILL NOT VISIT THIS DISHONEST SHOP AGAIN! Went for leg and hand (overlay) removal. Was initially told it was $15 for leg and $15 for hand (overlay) but if my hand (overlay) is thick I will need to pay additional $15 for soakoff service. Agreed. However during the removal session, there was no soakoff service provided so I assumed it was $30. When I proceed for payment the staff charged me $45 so when asked them why are they charging me additional $15 without providing soakoff service? And the manager/boss just replied me “oh it’s the same we are just using the machine for soakoff service” ???????? Picture provided. Overlay was not entirely removed and there are still leftover nail polish on my nails????Anw, was too lazy to argue with the lady but WILL NOT VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN ITS A SCAM!!!

My personal manicurist is Jennifer. She’s awesome and super creative especially with nail art! She’s patient and very experienced! Her colleagues Anna and another is also very patient and will cater to your needs. When in doubt they will always have ideas for you! Thank you so much for the awesome work done on my nails both feet and hands! I have signed on numerous packages and they are just my go to nail salon ! I highly recommend Kawaii nails ! Xx

Just did lashes lift and very satisfied with the result. My eyes look lively now and it is very suitable for lazy people who dislike to put mascara and hate the heavy fake lashes feel and look.

The staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a relaxing atmosphere. They took the time to understand my preferences and made me feel valued throughout the experience. I left not only with beautiful nails but also with a sense of having been well cared for. Highly recommend!
