So expensive and the worst spinach quiche I've ever had. Wasn't heated properly, it was cold inside. Even if the staff reheated it, still tasted so bad.. won't return again. Starbucks spinach quiche is 100x better ): wasted my money

First visit to Kenangan and I was excited to try their new Royale Pistachio Drink! The unique flavor combination drew me in, and I opted for the 'Less Sugar' option. Unfortunately, the drink still felt overwhelmingly sweet - like a diabetic shock! While I appreciated the creativity of the pistachio flavor, it was hard to fully enjoy with the cloying sweetness.
I'm hoping Kenangan will take feedback to heart and revisit their sugar levels. A more balanced flavor profile would elevate this drink to a whole new level.
That being said, I do appreciate Kenangan's efforts to innovate and try new flavors.

I really enjoy the coffee here, but I’ve noticed that the service needs significant improvement and a overhaul.
I usually order takeout, but every time, I’m left without a bag, straw, or napkin, which is quite frustrating.
On my last visit, when I asked for a bag, the staff member Aqilah seemed irritated and gave it to me reluctantly.
I even saw her complaining to her male colleagues, and the lot just smiled sarcastically.
While the coffee is great, if the service doesn’t improve, I’m afraid customers like myself won’t be coming back. I hope this feedback reaches the franchise owner – excellent coffee deserves better service

A little stuffy and warm at the seating area. 3rd try for the coffees from here, overly sweet (creamy are latte-tasted like iced kopi c) even after choosing less sugar. Service wise, was given an extra pastry, told the staff I didn't order to which the staff insisted the order was correct. While I was dbl checking my receipt, the staff realised she was wrong and just took away the pastry without saying anything and carried on with her work. The least she could do is to admit she made a mistake.

Unbelievable. Can’t believe my eyes that No ice means half a cup only???? Feel so cheated.

I came in at a rather non-peak timing of around 3-4PM. I thought the service was okay as I didn’t expect much. My drinks took about 5mins. Taste is good and it is lesser sweet (just as I like) - I requested lower sugar.
The staff could have been a little bit more friendlier .. as there’s no pleasantries… a bit cold. It would be good to clear the rubbish bin as well as it’s all filled up when I went in.

Ordered iced creamy latte. A little apprehensive when I saw the caramel colour. But thankfully the taste of the coffee came through. Indeed the drink has a strong creamy taste and texture. Reminds me of diluted milkshake! Will appeal to those who like milky beverages though this is a bit too much for me. Menu says this is unsweetened but I still detect a mild sweetness, possibly from the milk. Going for black next time. Tables generally clean on a weekday visit. Space is small so i can imagine it can get a little cramped when the place is full

Finally a good coffee chain at Compass One. Well staffed. The wait was very short, within 5 to 10 minutes got my coffee. Coffee was abit less sweet. Will opt for more sweet next time then would be perfect! Overall happy to have a good dose of coffee whenever i needed one!

Dear Kenangan Coffee,
I would like to pen in this grateful message to a valuable and kind hearted team member of yours, Wanda.
I recently moved to the Sengkang area and was unfamiliar with my surroundings. I wanted to buy breakfast for my Malay neighbor as a thank-you gift for warmly welcoming my family. However, I had trouble finding a halal eatery in Compass One and accidentally found myself at Kenangan Coffee after taking a wrong turn.
At that moment, I was flustered and didn’t even realize that my transaction hadn’t gone through. That’s when Wanda stepped in with such grace and patience! She noticed my confusion and guided me through the process with a warm and reassuring attitude. While waiting for my order, she took the time to introduce me to other savory products that I could consider in the future.
What truly impressed me was how she went the extra mile—despite it being peak hours, she patiently explained the proper reheating methods for both the microwave and oven, ensuring I had the best experience with my purchase. Her kindness and dedication truly made my day!
Kudos to Wanda for her exceptional service. Because of her, I’ll definitely be visiting this outlet more often and recommending it to others. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service, and she is truly an asset to the team!

5 stars to that girl at the counter w cute sticker patches on her face, she helped me with getting back a pin / badge i lost that dropped into the cracks of the seat while i was eating. it means a lot to me 😭😓 u rlly saved a girl's life u have no idea. but as a feedback those cracks should be closed to prevent these things from happening (not sure what the function is besides collecting dust or random strangers items) thank goodness ur staff was kind enough 👌🏽😍

One of the best coffee shop in SG that provides place to sit and comparatively cheap coffee. Maybe I'm just being biased since I liked the place in Indonesia also, but at least it's good.
