The item I purchased is defective, and when I came to the shop for assistance, the staff were unable to help me. I requested to speak with the manager over the phone, the manager deflected my concerns and couldn’t provide a concrete action plan to resolve the issue. When I asked for the manager's name, I received no response. If you can handle a conversation over the phone, you should be able to meet face-to-face and discuss the matter directly.

Wanted to buy a flood light from this shop. On the rack holding the floodlights, they put this light switches using a single velcro piece the velcro piece was holding onto the battery cover and the battery cover was so badly installed/ put together. When i reached out for the floodlight, the item got touched slightly and the switch immediately dropped onto the floor. It was so bad quality that the entire switch came apart. They made me pay for it even though i was about to get a more expensive floodlight.
Some tips for your shop.
1. Do not put your bad items dangling loosely.
2. Do not sell so cheap items that even after using magnet velcro cannot even stick onto the metal properly.
Didn't want to argue and just paid and left cause i was in a rush. Seriously bad service and bad quality items highly do not recommend. If i have to pay to rate negative stars i would.

Horrible shop!Avoid buying anything here!
Very rude attitude. Things cannot be changed after paying!Products full of defects. Totally cannot use.
Even worse attitude after you pay. They lie to you that their product can do this can do that and keep saying no problem and if got problem you can change. Then when there's problem and you want to change. They began to find excuses with very unhappy face. And they will keep saying not their issue, everything is your fault.
Avoid buying anything here!
0 star if possible.
Checked their other branch. Also very low stars review. Seems this is their company culture. So not only this branch, avoid this company!

Attitude is just the worst. Avoid from purchasing anything from here. Bunch of uncultured people works here. It’s not just your store name coming out as bad it’s your country’s service industry is being downgraded by your service too.

Very bad customer service . I agree with other reviewers that the cashier has very bad attitude n super lazy - one n only time. Will never go there again , rather walk down to other shops in Busngkok n Punggol to get things.

Bad attitude cashier, probably no bonus from boss. Went there to look for things on display behind cashier and gave 'not willing to serve behaviour'. Why must put stapler on the counter with loud thud noise??? While another
staff from c**** country was so helpful. Shame on this cashier if she is singaporean.

A monkey with no hands and legs has better customers service, can't own up that the product sold by them is faulty. Blame customer for installing product wrong when the product fall apart during installation. Worker started shouting at me when I told them that product was faulty, very rude and inconsiderate. ( If possible I'd give 0star.

Sold me a defective item but cannot return/exchange without packaging. Why is packaging needed? I had to install the item and then found out it was defective. Do not buy here.

Yesterday I went to the store at Seletar Mall, counter girl is polite and friendly. Do not go to the one at Buangkok Square. The long hair foreign girl is extremely rude, not keen to serve when I ask questions on the items, busy chatting with the staff distancing ambassador. Even challenge me to fight with her. Good luck to the company.

The staff there is terribly rude and arrogant. Went in to the shop and ask the staff at the cashier for help if they do have stopwatch. She answered me back in an extremely rude manner to brush me off and ended her word with SEOW( mad in dialect). Dont advise anyone to patronise the shop and its the boss luck to employ such staff to kick their customers out!!! 😤😤

I am a Malay shopping with my family at Kim Able Compass One on 12 March 2022 after my son's booster jab. A female staff sneakily followed us where ever we turned to. This annoying biased kind of monitoring system happened to me for more than 4 decades.
Please stop this kind of stereotyping treatment. On that day itself, almost all the outlets that we visited, we faced similar issues.
That's why you see less of our community at shopping malls or at social gatherings.

This rating is for the salesmen/women. This is a hardware shop and they don't even know what a LED driver is. Just replied to me "Er, I don't know what that is. Whatever it is, its all there. If not, don't have".
It's like going to McDonald's and the staff telling you they don't know what a burger is.

You can always find any household things here. The price was also good. I always buy batteries, tapes, and other household supplies from here.
It accepts credit card it seems, saw master and visa sign here. Last I purchased payment was with cash though.
