Part 1 Waited more than 40mins for this one stupid milk tea would have cancel the order if its able to. It shows ready to pickup around 3:58pm (i got the exact time cause i complain to my bf about the system) then the counter told me mine is not done yet i ask but its shows ready to pickup it says the app will automatically change ready to pickup after certain timing. Part 2 and then the order number and the board number is totally dif from my phone app(forgot to take photo of the board) so 4pm my drink is done i keep eye contacting the girl cause its already 4:07pm she also didnt inform me that my drink is done until i feel its not right cause no one collect that drink for so long then i went and ask her is this my drink then she say yes. no apology as well it will be my last time ordering KOI overwhleming milk tea there is so much brands that can do so much better right now.

I come to this outlet pretty often and never had an issue until today. I ordered through the KOI app and kept refreshing to check the status. After approx 15 mins, I noticed people who ordered after me (at the kiosk) already got their drinks. I asked one of the staffs, Kexin, if mine was ready and she just handed it to me without saying a word. I told her the app still said “preparing,” but she was visibly annoyed, like I was a bother, and completely ignored what I said. Such rudeness is totally unacceptable. Even if it was busy, that’s no excuse to treat customers this way.

Kitty and I were craving some milk tea, so we decided to check out the KOI Thé at Compass One. We both love the customization options at KOI Thé, so we got creative with our orders:
My Drink: I went with a Low Fat Milk Tea - L (Half Sugar, Less Ice, Konjac Ball). The low fat milk made it lighter than a regular milk tea, and the half sugar level was perfect for me. The konjac balls were chewy and added a fun texture.
Kitty's Drink: Kitty opted for a Milk Tea - L (Half Sugar, Less Ice, Golden Bubble). The golden bubble added a nice sweetness and a bit of a chew. She really enjoyed it!
We both really enjoyed our drinks and appreciate the customization options. The service was friendly and quick. I'd definitely recommend KOI Thé to anyone looking for a tasty and customizable tea drink!

The service level is so poor. Your face is also non existent if you stand in front of the counter. They prioritise grab order more than your order in the stall.

Oolong milk tea M 25% less ice with glass jelly $4.90: not bad, sweet enough due to the glass jelly. Would buy again. Slightly expensive so will buy less frequently
Low fat Milk tea: prefer oolong
Peach milk tea: taste artificial n sweet as heck for 25%

I queued and approached the counter to top up my card, and the staff assisted me. Then, I asked whether I could place an order, and the staff said yes. However, when I tried to place my order immediately after, the staff initially appeared ready to take it but then abruptly informed me to use the machine to order by myself. I found this very frustrating and inconvenient, especially considering that I was already at the counter and ready to order.
I asked the staff why the lady before me was able to order directly, and why I couldn’t place my order now, especially since there was no queue. The staff replied that because there was no queue now, I had to use the machine.
This inconsistent service and the dismissive attitude of the staff did not meet the level of customer service I have come to expect from Koi. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and efficiency, and I hope you will look into this incident to improve your customer service processes.

I’ve always appreciated KOI’s drinks and service, but my experience at Compass One was disappointing. I politely asked about my queue number and if I could have a takeaway bag, but the staff responded with visible irritation and dismissiveness. It was uncomfortable enough that other customers turned to look. I hope the outlet can better train staff to handle even simple customer requests with basic courtesy.

Had ordered the green milk tea with pearls and it was unfortunately quite diluted sadly and the rest of us ordered the matcha tea which was okay would get the matcha next round

Today around 5:45 PM, I accidentally ordered a hot jelly milk tea at your shop. When I asked to add ice, your staff promptly prepared a new cold jelly milk tea without hesitation. This is world-class customer service. Thank you, KOI!
