Bought bubble tea this afternoon. Just found the queue a little too long. Waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Nonetheless the drink is nice. I usually order the Macchiato series drinks. 🥤 …

Very rude service by staff indicated in the photo. I wanted to place order at the kiosk because she was standing there daydreaming then she said, you cannot place order here and have to use the self ordering kiosk. Please re train your staff if they do not know what is the basics of customer service.
