After our dinner at Kopitiam Square, Donkey and I decided to visit Llaollao at Compass One, eager to treat ourselves to their renowned frozen yogurt offerings to brighten up our night.
I opted for the large tub of original yogurt with white chocolate sauce, lotus biscuits, and crushed Oreos, a combination that has always been my favorite choice. The yogurt was incredibly creamy and refreshing, perfectly complemented by the burst of flavors from the toppings.
We indulged in our sweet treats after a tiring day, enjoying the cool and delicious frozen yogurt as a delightful way to relax and unwind.
Overall, our visit to Llaollao at Compass One was a delightful and satisfying experience. The quality of the frozen yogurt, the variety of toppings, and the enjoyable ambiance all contributed to a memorable dessert excursion. We left with smiles on our faces, already looking forward to our next visit to savor more of Llaollao's delectable treats.

Compass One was the first mall experience we had once reaching to our location in SP. We bought Sketcher shoes and had food here. They gave a very good discount. And the rate was actually half the price than in India. It was a luck 😅 we had known about the offer. There was a shop in there were you can get all types of chocolates at moderately low to okay prices than even in Mustafa, Little India. And the major likes were they had many bakeries inside and outside and the underground connects us to the Metro train station, MRT. Near to MRT entrance, there would be a bakery, which is made of Pork free buns and foods. Try that bakery for sure. The cost was also considerably good than others and options and flavours were so much there to have. The first thing that attracted me is this bakery.

Had a nice try with this coco honey flavour. Having honey syrup and coconut meat with yogurt is refreshing and tastes special. Different from standard chocolate flavour. No place for you to enjoy, you just grab and go.

Please DO NOT buy the medium apple container!!!. First time purchasing and the container was placed in cardboard holder. No extra sealing of container or holder. Apple container fell out of cardboard holder while in the train and rolled away as train was at full speed. Apple container split open (lid came off) and the side containing yoghurt fell flat on train floor. So my $26.90 yoghurt cannot be eaten anymore. I just bring home to throw. Extremely upset.

I just buy 2 yogurt ice cream with them. They are very good service and so friendly, my son left the toy there the guys come out and take to my boy. Actually we are just in front of the shop. He actually can just call us. But he are so good that come out any pass the toy to my boy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 recommend this shop.

Service was genuinely terrible. Asked for 2 extra spoons so we could share it among my family, and we were told it was $0.50 per spoon... I've never heard of such a business practice before :/

Llaollao, why don't you offer cup covers for takeaways, during this fasting month? Not every potential customer wants your $20 box package. Worse, you charge 80 cents for an extra cup fornus tonuse as protectos because we want to cover our purchase.

This stall is always very stingy with their sauce topping. The staff will say it’s their policy that they can only give 1 spoon even when bulk of the sauce is stuck to the spoon which they keep in their bowl.
There is a regular staff at the Compass One outlet who is absolutely grouchy and offer very poor/no customer service. She is definitely not suited for this role.
It’s stated in google that the store closes at 10pm, but in reality, the staff will start packing up after 930pm. If nothing is for sale after 930pm, shouldn’t the opening hours be updated as such. I rushed over thinking its closing at 10pm, only to get rejected by your staff. What a wasted trip.
Separately, on the promo with Shopee for free water.. this outlet always run out of water. And customer have to return to collect it. When you return, the staff will insist that you MUST present your receipt. C’mon, its just a bottle of water, cant there be more trust. Do you usually get random people walking over to collect free bottles of water..
And is it possible to have some water that are not chilled! Not everyone like their water chilled.
You need to give a 5 star rating to get 1 free topping. For this policy, it deserve a zero star rating (if there is such).

Visited the dessert/snack store after lunch for a sweet treat. We tried the promotional item, and it tastes decent. It was an off peak timing so there was no queue. The store has a good variety of topping options too.
I usually choose the biscuit sauce or chocolate sauce as it tastes great for me.

Bad service. Ask a couple of questions about the takeaway box but did not adequately address my questions. I asked to see the container as I'm wondering if it would fit into freezer, and I was treated like as if I should already know? I wanted to pay with OCBC and only at the last minute I'm told that the free topping is only limited to a selected few?
