I visited the shop on a Saturday evening for my home fibre broadband recontract. Despite the crowd, the service staff was very patient and took the time to help me compare the different plans as I was unsure which one to sign up for. With her excellent product knowledge, she recommended the best plan for my needs and clearly explained the deals and savings available. Came in a lil late when they were almost closing. I lost my handphone and was scrambling to get a replacement prepaid card as it was sold out everywhere else. I tried my luck to go in even with the shutter half closed and told them I lost my handphone. They were so nice to accomadate to my late request and went the extra mile to help. I would like to thank the team and Emerson for assisting me.
