Food preparation speed is awful even though there were 3 staff in the kitchen. Have to wait almost 30mins for food. While the self-service kiosks serve to streamline and consolidate manpower in the kitchen, there's not enough manpower to cope with the orders. People are just sitting or standing around the outlet waiting for food for a long time.
Not only that, the outlet is near the mall entrance and there are a lot of smokers outside. So each time the door opens, the strong stretch of cigarette smoke wafts in.
So if you don't mind breathing in second-hand cigarette smoke while enduring the long wait for "fast" food, you can come to this outlet.

Ordered the Teriyaki Beef Burger ala carte ($4.25) takeaway. Came at around 1pm and ordered my food. The service was good despite what other reviews say, the staffs at the order collection counter were polite and nice. My food didn't take long to be received, around 5 minutes 👍
The burger tasted nice, beef was well cooked. 🍔👍 Price was decent too, not too expensive. Overall, no complaints from me.

I find this outlet very dirty. Floor had water spilled all over, tables around are full of crumbs and water. I find it unpleasant to dine in. Ordered Yakiniku rice burger. Tasted good. Fries were piping hot which was great. At least food and drinks did not disappoint.

I often go to MOS Burger for brunch whenever I can, and this was my first visit to this branch in 2024. The place was quite crowded, even after 2 pm during off-peak lunch hours, and it was filled with children, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful meal.
I tried the new red bean yuzu mooncake for two, priced at $9.90. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but I gave it a try just out of curiosity.
The elderly Chinese female staff member seemed grumpy and spoke rather rudely when I asked for some sauce. I don’t plan to visit this outlet again anytime soon.

Dined in. Bought a set meal for ~$9. Quite expensive tbh. I love the croquette it’s very crispy and soft! The fish burger tastes exquisite, but normal lah. I chose their milk tea as drink, only +$0.50 and they gave three creamers separately. I put in two. It’s okay; not the typical milk tea from bbt shop. Not too sweet which is good. Though the food tastes good, the waiting time is unexpectedly long for a fast food restaurant. Is beside Starbucks and entrance. May not be a good place to study as the air con not strong.

Food and service are good, staff are hardworking and doing their best, they are just understaffed unfortunately. Eat here often, never had issues, staff always polite. Store music can be too loud though.

Rice burger was q nice - portion was kinda small tho.
However, the service speed here is pretty bad. Was doing takeaway at a time when the restaurant was like, one third full and it took me over 15 mins to get my food, aka one burger.
Also the packaging cld be better - it literally leaked thru into the plastic 😬

The service is bad had to wait 45 min for a burger only!!!!!.
The floors and walls are dirty and had a terrible smell. The food were dry and oily and they weren't any sause at all.

First time trying mosburger. Had the teriyaki chicken burger. it wasn't bad, but not super outstanding. However the chicken cut that they used was good and the price was fair.
