Ordered my food at 12:18pm, still waiting for it at 1pm, and it's not just me (huge crowd waiting outside and in store). My order arrived wrong, and even after informing the staff, they still gave me a wrong order. Definitely not "fast food" and service isn't great. Not recommended.

I visited this outlet at 1.06pm on 21 June. The food is delicious and great and the service is great too. The only problem I facing is have someone saliva smell

Backdate to 23.01.2023. Food is freshly-prep, naturally 5*. Tables r quite sticky to d touch. Restaurant is v open so it's noisy when d mall is packed.

Air conditioning in this outlet is non existent. You need to bring your own fan. The food service is like 20+ mins and it’s cold. Curious what is happening in the kitchen. It’s not a gourmet burger. You could see patrons are quite annoyed with the waiting time. And it’s not even very packed.

Just bought a rice burger home to eat. The burger is not so hot and a bit hard. But what I found worst most is the wrapping bag of the burger. MOS used a new material which is harder than before. When I'm holding it from outside, it was so hard that you cannot grab the burger and as a results the burger rolled out from it and go all the way to my shirt n short. Dirty. Design failed. New change fail. U hv to use yr hard to grab on the rice burger.
