The cashier was super rude 🤬. She was a service staff and suppose to provide proper customer service. While was trying to make payment via Paywave and there was errors despite trying a few times which wasn't sure what's the issue at that point of time. The issue could be coming from their POS or whatever. While facing issue, the cashier immediately shown impatient and very rudely shouting at me saying "cannot", I was trying to move away from the queue while trying to open up Paynow instead to make the payment but she shouted at me again. As an result, I argued back and walk away without making any purchase Truely hope the shop manager or even the management team can relook at their customer service training or even when hiring. Think they took it for granted with the brand already.
