Favourites are sardine puff. Chicken mushroom puff was ok. Should try sotong head next time. The one with the tentacles.

Located next to Sengkang MRT. The queue never ends suggesting how good the business is and the wide selection of finger food available. The food and service standard are okay and typically the same as other Old Chang Kee outlets.

Staff are rude and impatient as we were using 13pcs of Shop back vouchers to purchase various snacks. When we wanted to have the stall to scan the shopping Mall's QR code to submit our spending, the staff refused and asked us to go to the Customer Service counter! The fishball were not fresh!

Went to this branch to buy curry puffs . I bought 10 each of potato and sardine. The girl who took my order ( Malay ) were pleasant enough but unfortunately I can’t say the same to the cashier ( Malay ). She lack the etiquette to be in that line of work. I will have to think twice before buying at this branch again. Courtesy is our best policy.

Typically the staff at ock are not so friendly. It can be quite stressful especially when some time is needed to take out the cash. But the staff at this outlet, especially Ms Yap YP is very friendly and patient :)
