it has been more than 6 years since my last prescription at this outlet and i happened to walk in randoomly today without expectations.
jovan approached me and was asked to pick out some frames that would suit me, and his choices were spot-on! he was attentive, soft-spoken and offered his opinions when asked.
next, I was attended by amie li whom took my eye test in detail and highlighted various promos which enabled in some good savings for an otherwise full-price purchase!
I'm delighted with the overall experience and looking forward to the collection of my new specs soon

Fast attentive..but . service so so..as they do not help customer clean lenses for adjustment.
Be honest,to purchase, service is very good, for adjustment,service is Damm bad,they do not smile nor say any especially 'Hi,Hello/Welcome '.& thank you!

I am unaware of the level of service expected from Owndays but this branch repaired my son’s broken glasses (from a different branch) free-of-charge. Highly recommended!
