writing this review to commend a Jing Ying for her superb customer service, i walked into the store and saw that all their stuff were busy so i wanted to just wait till one of them was free, thankfully, amidst their business, Jing Ying still approached me to help. i got new glasses that needed adjustment. Though the glasses werent from owndays, she still promptly assisted me in helping me adjust the glasses. Superb service from her, i have been an owndays customer since 2018 and ill still continue to be one!

Thx especially to this Malay female staff (Shabirah) was my 2nd visit she was really nice n pleasant! Esp to all who walk in to Ownsday serving all customers (including me) well! To the male staff too who after that did get to persuade my mum or me to add Transition lens r Blue Light lens to top up and we both were convinced enough to get one specs for it! Thanks to all staff working that day on Sat 16/9. And oso to assist to get Compass One mall points for their reward in this mall
