The meat is too thick. The soup base is ok. The price is reasonable for the variety and it's a single personal hotpot. It's always full so it's better to reserve a table.

We went for hotpot and it was great, and the service was amazing. fu lian served us and she was really kind and her performance was outstanding. it was an enjoyable experience going there and i will definitely come back

Best individual hotpot, servings is served via QR code orders.. when orders is placed, they would serve very fast with free flow of drinks include of water chestnut and sour plum chilled.. free condiments serving and best part include with plenty of fried snacks.. service staff is very friendly and did inform only once before we place orders that don’t waste foods, unconsumed food would be charged.. Service staff Liu Yan is very friendly and even asked how is the foods served.. recommended for those who goes for budget hotpot meals

After hotpot, ordered the molten salted egg bao and char siew bao. This was served. For Paradise Group, i think this presentation was not acceptable. And it was served by a i supposed, manager since she is wearing a black coat. Even if it was buffet, and quantity serve was 1 bao, should at least serve a presentable looking bao and not a broken off bao. Also the molten bao, not sure its semi cooked, it doesnt flow. Inside partial melted, partial solidify fillings. Not sure if the standard of soup is different from the usual beauty in the pot, but tomato soup was not up to their usual standard. Ebiko prawn paste wasn't like their usual in beauty in the pot too. Room for improvement from Compass One outlet.

Had an unpleasant experience here. Made a reservation but didn’t have to wait long which was good. The staff were short handed and our individual hotpot fire keeps going out. Food / drinks / sauces selection was quite limited too. Basically quite chaotic, maybe a self service bar will be better.
