I used to be a regular since I live closeby. Always over charged. I was quoted $15 for a sweater and $15 a half size shawl (the form say minimum $12). The staff gave me an attitude and said thats their final price since the shawl is cashmere (it wool actually). So I left. Went to Eazihome at Buangkok for the same items I was charged $21. Congrats. You hv just lost a regular.

Went for dry clean services. My coat has pills after I got it back. Very severe. Not recommended. Lucky my cashmere hat the shape is still there.

If there are 0 stars I would give zero stars for their total lack of professionalism. Very rude staff. Thin chinese lady wearing spectacles. Her message is if you not happy don't come. I asked her for her name she said "Why should I tell you my name?!" Good luck with such business attitude. You are not a monopoly

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude counter staff and completely incompetent assistant. Prices are exorbitant and services rendered are a joke. You're better off taking your dry-cleaning elsewhere.
