Slightly overdue review, I would not recommend this place.
I had an idea in mind of what I wanted the design to look like, but after seeing the staff (I did not get her name) prep my nails so roughly and clumsily, I decided to just get a plain color.
I’ve had my nails done for years in different stores and this is the first time I’ve had someone cut my cuticle so much that my finger bled (which is apparently a common occurrence in this store according to the other reviews).
I understand that these things do happen accidentally and they’re not doing it out of malicious intent (which is why I didn’t cause a fuss in-store), but I would expect the staff to have some decorum as to not try to hard sell me packages after something like this. Unfortunately they did try to sell me a package despite my rejections.
The deal they gave was actually pretty good, and I would have at least considered it if it wasn’t for the lack of professionalism.

I went for a manicure and the no.66 manicurist filed my nails so aggressively that it caused my finger to bleed not one but at least twice! When I mentioned the pain, she told me to endure it.Then I spoke to the lady boss, but neither she nor the staff apologised for the incident. they show me attitude instead when I make payment! Such a disappointment!

Asked for a special design with many questions & requests (😅), and they were patient & delivered. Got my design @ $88, special thanks to the manicurist who served me (didnt get her name). Only thing though, I heard them say I was fussy lol. Nevertheless, I am happy and quite satisfied, 4.5 stars ☺️
If anyone wants my design, they dont normally do it—I asked for a normal black coat, then a cat eye coat 😌

Went to this nail salon for the first time last week and met Ying Ying. Had an express manicure done and she has been friendly & professional! What I like is that they do not hard sell like most salons and push for upsell or cross-sell. This makes me feel much more comfortable and happy to be doing nails. Recently, I had an excellent service done by Jojo, I didn’t do a full manicure service but I only required help to “repair” my chipped nail and the way she attended to me was meticulous and professional. It exhibited her expertise when she did the “repair” seamlessly. Thankful for her customer-focused attitude which is a gem in the service industry! Highly recommend Jojo if you wish to try out their services in this outlet !

It’s my first time here doing inai manicure and pedicure at compass one outlet. The service is quick with one doing the nails and the other doing the toe nails. They are both good at what they are doing and I ended up taking a package that I can use with my daughter. For today’s visit, they only left with black and brown inai colour. So hopefully the next time I come they have in other colours too.
Apparently inai colour is more expensive than the normal nail colour. Interesting fact that j just learned.

I have come here a few times doing classic mani pedi. The service here is hit or miss. I enjoyed getting my nails done by Christy and Wenny. Both of them are very meticulous, doing my nails the way I like. Due to location convenience and package price, I don't mind returning here.

Tina did a great job, especially since mine a men’s feet and I play a lot of tennis, so my feet are not in the best shape. She paid attention to detail. Getting out abit of an ingrown nail was a little painful, but I expected it. However, Overall a very good experience.
