Asked for a special design with many questions & requests (😅), and they were patient & delivered. Got my design @ $88, special thanks to the manicurist who served me (didnt get her name). Only thing though, I heard them say I was fussy lol. Nevertheless, I am happy and quite satisfied, 4.5 stars ☺️
If anyone wants my design, they dont normally do it—I asked for a normal black coat, then a cat eye coat 😌

I’ve been a customer since 2023 and have had good experiences with the therapists here. Over time, I found my favorite—Jojo—who is exceptionally attentive and truly understands my preferences. Her skill and personalized approach make every session enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Jojo and May. They were so gentle and kind especially to my young daughter who is 4yo. And they used good inai product. Will definitely come back again!

Slightly overdue review, I would not recommend this place.
I had an idea in mind of what I wanted the design to look like, but after seeing the staff (I did not get her name) prep my nails so roughly and clumsily, I decided to just get a plain color.
I’ve had my nails done for years in different stores and this is the first time I’ve had someone cut my cuticle so much that my finger bled (which is apparently a common occurrence in this store according to the other reviews).
I understand that these things do happen accidentally and they’re not doing it out of malicious intent (which is why I didn’t cause a fuss in-store), but I would expect the staff to have some decorum as to not try to hard sell me packages after something like this. Unfortunately they did try to sell me a package despite my rejections.
The deal they gave was actually pretty good, and I would have at least considered it if it wasn’t for the lack of professionalism.

The staff are very friendly, the prices are quite affordable for a mall salon, and my nails were done beautifully.

Went to this nail salon for the first time last week and met Ying Ying. Had an express manicure done and she has been friendly & professional! What I like is that they do not hard sell like most salons and push for upsell or cross-sell. This makes me feel much more comfortable and happy to be doing nails. Ying Ying & her colleagues seem nice too ◡̈⃝

Recently, I had an excellent service done by Jojo, I didn’t do a full manicure service but I only required help to “repair” my chipped nail and the way she attended to me was meticulous and professional. It exhibited her expertise when she did the “repair” seamlessly. Thankful for her customer-focused attitude which is a gem in the service industry! Highly recommend Jojo if you wish to try out their services in this outlet !
