Very poor service,I just need to know the Mobile phone stock availability, so that don't need to take a number ,one of the staff was free ,so I asked him about the stock of what I want,he just answered me can't check stock now,and just walked away, I asked him when can he tell me,he replied take number impatiently. I approached to another staff that servicing a customer, thankfully he was helpful and checked for me immediately.5 stars for him,zero stars for the other bad attitude staff.

Went in midday on a Wednesday to buy a new monthly plan. No waiting and was helped by Thomas who set me up with a new SIM card and service in 15-20 minutes. Wish everyone/everything were this efficient.

Had a great walk-in experience with Kim. He is very approachable and took the initiative to explain and guide us to a better deal. He is also very patient with all our enquiries. Highly recommend his service.

TBH, the queue considered pretty long for the weekend and Q tix was 7 pax ahead. Waited approximately 25 mins for 5 operating counters. But understand the reason behind after talking to sales representative, JJ, a knowledgeable, understanding and most important part, being patience to explain the differences and providing professional advices for what to we want. As there would be huge difference in contract renewal via online and physical store. Definitely worth for the wait after talking with the sales representative here.

Disappointed with the service, I was patient waiting for my number (example 001) inside the shop but the staff jump number to (example 002). I went to ask the staff but she ask to wait since she going to attend the customer number 002 which I find unfair since I come first before customer 002

EDIT: Edmund served me when it was my turn and his efficient service made my evening a whole lot better. Thanks Edmund! — Made my purchase online and opted to collect my iPhone here via appointment, but have to get a queue ticket with estimated waiting time of 40 mins still. There are several Singtel staff available as the shop isn’t full, but I guess they only care about new sales as the moment he heardthat I’m here for collection - he continued playing with his phone at Counter 2. Wouldn’t have come here if there are other available stores to collect my phone from.

Had been a return customer to Compass One SingTel, but the service provided by Allen on the evening of 21st December was disappointing. We came to SingTel to cancel the some of the subscriptions on the phone line like Mcfree security, VIU etc as we do not need them. The guy acted very blur like he did not know what is on the plan at all to cancel (all in the system). We have told him exactly what are the items we do not require and to cancel. To be sure we explicitly asked him again what he had help us to cancel to double confirm the item before we signed. To our horror the next day, our Disney plus wasn’t working. After checking we realised that he had also cancelled our Disney plus subscription together with the Apple Music which we are not aware of. We later have to call in to hotline to reactivate the subscriptions again. The whole customer journey is not as great and hope that he would be more meticulous in the work he is doing.
