Saturday, 21 Sep 24 @ 12.05nn What a relief, especially given that I was rushing to address a work issue. The overall experience was fantastic! A big thank you to the two gentlemen managing the Q registration system (I regret not getting their names). They were incredibly helpful, listened to my appeal, and quickly reached out to the branch manager, who approved my request and issued me a Q number immediately. I was then attended to by Yuki, who was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kudos to the branch manager and all the staff involved this morning for making my purchase of the iPhone 16 Pro Max a smooth and pleasant experience. I'm truly grateful!🤩🙏

Extremely rude customer service. I am aware the sales assistant is serving a customer. I waited till the customers were settling stuff on their own, while he stared idly at them, before asking a simple question which would take barely 5s or something, and got shoo-ed away, claiming he has a customer to attend to, when he was just looking at them blankly.

wah the staff like so lazy. already mentioned to her coming down to the store is my last resort. calling their hotline takes so much of my time. they insisted i called the hotline again instead of talking to them in person. she was so uninterested in handling the customer before me as well always asking her colleagues to speak to them instead of her. shes not new because ive seen her multiple times over the months. always had problems with her not sure her name but she has a bob cut and a similar girl with shoulder length hair also the same !! so problematic
