I have been buying from them for almost 10 months. But I decided to give feedback as one of the staff (younger) who always speaks like I had offended her or the company has underpaid her.

Only cos the prices aren't cheap. Was looking for garbage bags and realized it cost 3 times more than the value store at the basement for the same size. Skp has more sizes to choose from though but my priority was on price and I wasn't picky on size

Poor customer service. Please educate your staffs to inform the parent if the child makes a mistake instead of reprimanding them behind the parent's back. Good customer service goes a long way.

service so bad. do you hire your staffs to chit chat? asked questions but seem like they are too busy talking among themselves. sack your staffs already, if not you’re just wasting your money. 2 feb, 3pm.

Complete, affordable, bulk-quantity available for all your party needs, and some stationeries too. You can 'build-your-own' goodie bag for kids parties. SKP is situated at level 4, near the entrance of the Library.
