Ambience of the cafe is nice. We were lucky to have found high chair seat by the window so we can sit down, enjoy our drinks (& cake!) while we stared blankly at the passersby 😀 The staff are friendly & patience and it took us very little waiting time to get our order. Only thing is the cost of the beverages is on the high side,once in a while is ok but not for daily consumption 😋

Bad service at Starbucks Compass One spoiled my day. For the second time , I encountered similar issue at Starbucks Compass One with two staff member’s wearing black t-shirt. When placing order, the male staff with black t-shirt staff member (if not wrong they are consider a senior or a manager,) interrupt me-mid sentences and his tone come across as rude and dismissive. As a representatives of the brand , they should providing excellent customer experience. This particular staff member’s fell short of expectations.

Only study-able place in Compass One….. coffee beans don’t have seats and the other cafe will just chase you out when they are empty. Hence, it gets pretty crowded in the afternoon. And the aircon feels like 30 degrees… queue for drinks is like queuing for immigration to enter JB …

The Starbucks in Compass One is located on the first floor near one of the entrances/exits of the building in a corner spot with an atm right outside. It offers the standard features that you would expect from any Starbucks that is to say free WiFi, different kinds of seating areas from tall bar stools to mini armchair lookalikes, etc. The staff have very individual personalities with one of them even having coloured hair, but none of their personalities are too bold to disrupt the atmosphere of the place. Ordering was quick. Service was quick too. This outlet can get crowded. At the time of my visit though it wasn't crowded. Dining-in is limited to 60 minutes only. Being situated by the exit its location in the mall is strategic to sit ban and have a mug of coffee while watching the world go by.

Was feeling unwell today and ordered a light meal from the outlet today noon. Barista Marcus noted im pregnant, and asked if i needed water to go with my order. And was surprised he very kindly served my order to my table instead of waiting for me to pick it up from the counter. Appreciate his attentive gesture, especially from such a young lad!

Nice shop for a coffee and some food. Drinks and food quality is quite satisfactory. Staff members are friendly but efficiency can still be improved.

Was here with my boy. Couldn't leave him alone to join the queue. But I am a Starbucks member so I know can order thru app. But app was closed temporarily due to under staff and long queue. But when I ask the staff why I cannot find their outlet. They are actually flexible enough to open up the app for me to order even when I didn't ask for it. Nowadays it really hard to meet ppl who work in flexi mostly more self centered.. so this outlet I would recommend. 👍

Casual coffee! Great tea pastries and food with professionally cooked with passion. Conveniently located in the neighbourhood heartland of Compass One next to Sengkang MRT station and bus interchange with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby. Freshly prepared healthy ingridients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and professional warm services. Friendly fast attentive cosy comfy ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists Expats and families. Free wifi.

Not so crowded when I was there able to find clean table and chairs unlike other outlets . Good patient staff who took my order. Had a good time there.

First time coming to starbucks @ compass one was pretty good. The place wasnt busy at 12pm, ordering was quick and so as the service. Staff was friendly and polite. This place wasnt crowded but 80% of the seats were mostly occupied but still can find seats around the store. Overall, great place to sit down and enjoy coffee.

This Starbuck outlet was just renovated together with the major renovation on compass one shopping mall. The cafe is brighter now and it looks refreshing. It's a good cafe to start off your day with Starbuck breakfast set. Recently Starbuck added new set menu for their breakfast and they are good, especially when the set comes with coffee.
