Went to get screen protector for my phone and it cost me 30 dollars the first time and after having that protector for some time( 2 weeks if i am not wrong) and it started peeling away and even a gentle scratch and cut it and the second time i went to get s second one they charge me another 30 dollars but again after using it for about 3 week this time it is peeling off again. Is this a screen protector or a piece of plastic. And i would really like to know what company made the screen protector. Dont recommend at all. Completely useless. If i wanted a piece of plastic might as well just cut it from a ziplock bag pay 30 dollars for what.

Went to Tech house today wanted to purchase a power cord. The only Female staff there offered to check my power port which cannot be charged using other cord. Waited and waited, and the female staff didn’t appear so I walked over to the counter to check. Found her squatting , holding her mobile phone. When I asked her about the outcome, she said the gadget is working fine, no problem. Instead of returning my gadget, she continued to use it to charge her mobile. She got flustered when I asked her to return the gadget.After returning my thing, she turned away from me to help her male colleague to unpack their goods even I asked to buy a power cord. What an attitude!
That’s why I give the store a star for poor customer service. I came to this store to buy a few gadgets before and the staff I had encountered were more friendlier and knowledgeable than the two I encountered today.

went there during cny eve as i badly needed an air duster to clean my computer. as challenger and other tech shops were all closed for cny, i resorted to entering this store to buy my can of expensive air. judging by its name, i was flabbergasted at how they ironically didnt sell air dusters, as when i asked the only worker there (a chinese man, probably in his 20s-30s) whether they sold air dusters, he replied “do we look like we sell computers??” before i walked away from the rude and unpleasant remark he gave. from seeing other reviews on this shop, i feel like this experience i had was a one-off situation (perhaps cny manpower kinda tight so can only have less experienced ppl work), however, until i come back there again and not receive unpleasant remarks, it’ll have to be a 1 star for me

Went to get some Spigen phone cover and screen protector as cannot wait for online purchase. But the shop does not accept credit card payment. 3 stars for the good service but limited payment options considering it is operating in a mall.

The anker products are good. However, they run out of stock easily. Have to think twice of their other non Anker products which they claimed is real good. So Anker wireless car charger is out of stock. Told me another Korean brand is real good. Turn out is a pc of junk which can’t charge when turn on and charges only when put down flat.
Review of Anker car charger as of Sep’21. Just less than a year of using, the charger spoiled. Than 2 arms holding the phone always gives way and photo will drop half way while driving. Considering this whole year of covid period where I drive far lesser than usual, it is a major disappointment.

Lost my earbuds and was looking for a replacement. I've searched online for a week now and was still undecided on what to get. Went into the store with zero expectations and not knowing exactly what i was looking for. Ashley Peh came over to see how he could assist and impressed me with his amiable demeanour and wide ranging expert knowledge. Despite being an expert from a technical perspective his input and answers were very relevant to my layman enquiries. He made his recommendations with absolutely ZERO hard sell or pressure tactics and i was sold within 10 mins. Even after I've already decided to buy the product, he offered to assist in optimising the earbuds to my preference and make use of the full spec of the device and presented a demo on the product. (equalizer settings, recommend app to use, sound quality difference between products etc...). Most sales people would be glad to send you on your way once they have closed a deal. I spent a little more than $200 and I know i could probably get it cheaper sourcing online but it's people like Ashley Peh that makes the retail experience and the extra buck so worth it. I left the place a very happy customer. A rare experience these days.
