We were disappointed with the service at cp1 outlet. We ordered cake to celebrate Father Day, when my husband collected cake, staff did not pack plastic knife. We have to look for knife while the guests waited in the event room. Then I realises that they did not pack in the extra cheese sampler that I ordered. After party, we have to make another trip to collect cheese cake sampler. By then all guests have left. All this small things make the whole experience very frustrating cos guests don’t get to eat the food we ordered.

Today, I visited The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. There was a staff member named Intan who gave me a very unpleasant death stare and was extremely rude in her attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a customer, I believe basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained. I hope management looks into this and ensures better service standards in the future.
