I recently visited jelly cheese cake and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Instead, I was looked up and down in a way that felt judgmental and unwelcoming. The overall attitude was cold and dismissive, making me feel uncomfortable and out of place. Friendly and respectful customer service should be the standard, but sadly, that was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how their staff interacts with customers. First impressions matter, and no one should be made to feel unwelcome for simply walking through the door.
