Found a plastic shard in my beehoon, thankfully this was for me and not for my kids. Not sure where the plastic shard came from as well because the container wasn’t broken at all and only found it while eating halfway

The curry puff seemed to be getting smaller plus price increase. Doesn't taste as good. Will not be buying again!

Crispy chicken, fishball (and other snacks on sticks) and curry puff pales in comparison to those sold by other shops. Not too oily but no fragrant/no flavour/poor choice of flour. Price point is also comparatively higher than other to-go franchises. General attitude of staff at this Compass One outlet is very bad. Got ignored so much that I purchased less items than I had initially intended.

I recently visited the Tip Top outlet at Compass One and was left disappointed with the experience.
Food Quality:
The bee hoon was dry and the portion size was noticeably small. It lacked the quality and quantity I expected.
Customer Service:
The overall attitude of the staff was poor, especially the Chinese cashier aunty with specs. Communication was frustrating as I had to repeat my order five times before reaching the payment stage. She even asked me what items were included in a standard menu option (e.g., BH4), which is something she should already know as part of her job. This reflects a lack of training and basic competency.
Customer Experience:
I felt ignored throughout the ordering process, which was frustrating enough that I decided to purchase fewer items than I originally intended. The staff seemed rushed and uninterested in providing proper service, making me feel unwelcome as a customer.
Conclusion:
I would not recommend this outlet unless you have no other choice. The management could significantly improve the business by hiring and training staff who are more attentive, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly.

Nasi Lemak - Found washer sponge extract with the anchovies.

Very pricy, the Mee Hoon is SO LITTLE and the fried items are all expensive. NOT WORTH BUYING. Solely on Mee Hoon they will charge higher.

I ordered from Deliveroo a box of the curry puffs, and the potatoes have turned sour. Thank god I got a refund. It will probably be the last time I’m buying from Tip Top as it’s not so tip top after all.

Bought bee hoon at 9am. It was so dry and hard as if they only soaked the bee hoon but forget to cook it. Cannot imagine if i buy it at a later timing. Never buying from this store again.

Halal certified curry puff shop. My comfort food is commonly found here. They have set meals, tasty beehoon, fried snacks on sticks. Perfect for instant cravings, on the go and if you want to eat light.

I like their fried Bee Hoon because there’s no taugeh (bean sprouts) in it. I also like their curry and sardine puff, better than oldchangkee one! 😆 …

Breakfast - 2 packet of Bee Hoon with chicken wing set. Extra top-up of cheese toufu and lobster ball. The food and chili are all nice. But overall it is expensive.

Literally yesterday was my first time to ever try Tip Top. The puff was just given to me by one of workmates. She said its nice. After trying, I found myself stalking Tip Top on google! And I learned that they have a new outlet at Compassone where stay nearby! Amazing!!! Beef Rendang is a must try. Its less oily & pact with fillings!!! Totally opposite of its competitor. Kudos TIP TOP!
