Value Dollar shop but ALL STAFF Faces seem to be No Dollar Value!
You can feel that they don't like their job!
They seem to be forced to work!
They are more prioritized on their job not the customer!
This Company lacks Basic Customer Service training!
Look at the Cashiers, their interaction are like you owe them money!
Please la... standing in that position always be friendly and smile!
If I am the Boss, you will be out!
(not even in my waiting list!)
😊 BE FRIENDLY AND SMILE 😊

One of the most horrible value dollar shop ever visited. Was grabbing some stuff while passing by and the shop was very crowded. There’s this staff which apparently seems to hate her job. She was carrying her stairs and blocking here and there. When 3-4 ppl ask her to excuse me when she’s done. She just look, ignore and continue blocking the way. A small kid afterwards asked her something and she just look at ignored him. Maybe the boss of this outlet didn’t pay her

Actually tbh they have a very wide variety compared to many other branches. However i dont know why despite so many staffs, they seemed to be overwhelmed with work, leaving boxes stacked everywhere blocking display shelves, and this horrible long queue after 10mins hardly even moved

Great place to shop for items such as toiletries, detergents, chocolate, sweets, snacks and many more. Cheaper than supermarket and really value for money. Stocks are replenish all the time and Compass Point outlet has alot more different varieties compared to other Valuedollar shop.

Relatively cheap prices for toiletries, soda, chocolates and other staples compared to other supermarkets and grocery stores. Valu$ carries local and international brands at a cheaper price. It's no wonder their stores are popping almost everywhere now and always seen with crowds of people.

Staff very rude. Asked them where item is. Tell you find yourself. Said things so cheap still need to help. Asked another staff. She cannot find. Bought faulty item. Bring back to ask for refund. Said no refund. One for one exchange. I asked what if doesn't work within a week. She said so cheap item already. Don't work then throw. 😅 …

Well this is one place where you can stretch your dollar. Seriously.
As can be seen from the pictures the products are cheap, really cheap.
The range of products despite being wide, could be even better to cater to a larger demographic.
The shop must pay attention to restocking on time.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the conduct of a Filipino staff member at your VALUE DOLLAR COMPASS ONE facility today, 21 February 2025. While shopping, I witnessed this employee carelessly throwing boxes in a manner that disregarded the safety of others. Specifically, a pregnant woman was standing nearby, and the employee's actions created a dangerous situation. What's more disturbing is the employee's subsequent reaction; he blamed the pregnant woman for the near-miss, claiming she was at fault even though the boxes did not make physical contact.
This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. The disregard for the safety of a pregnant woman is particularly egregious and warrants immediate action. I urge you to investigate this incident thoroughly and take appropriate disciplinary measures against the employee involved. Your company should prioritize the safety and well-being of all customers, and this incident falls far short of acceptable standards.

the Indian woman cashier very rude , shouting, behaves as though you not buying but begging for the items from her for free. If you can't have a better work don't put the blame on the customers. She busy chatting with other staff , when asked again how much the total bill, she gets worked out and annoyed .

The old Chinese long hair aunty cashier is always rude and unfriendly. Staff clearly need proper customer service training
