Honestly its not too bad EXCEPT for the main slide - Net Traverse.
Kids were all diving into this super black pool of water
No difference from playing with those puddles of water by roadside.
Finds it disgusting for this slide due to the water.
All good with the other play area.

Management too free and send security to scold the kids for being kids. They monitor the CCTV like a hawk and keep coming to ensure compliance. Swimming shoes strictly not allowed even for toddlers even thought the floor is hot and staff being unreasonable.. Don't recommend to come here. The water turn off too often. Not fun. There are other better waterplay to go

Great idea for free water play. Bad execution. The water that pools at the base of the slide does not drain. The water just get blacker and blacker. My kid came out with a slight foul smell when she was done. No proper shower facilities either.

I visited this water playground, and it was a disappointing experience.
The flooring is in terrible shape, with the material peeling off in several areas, making it uncomfortable to walk on and potentially unsafe for kids. The slide area is especially concerning – the water there accumulates into a murky pool that probably hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. The water flow is inconsistent, cutting off quite frequently.
What’s worse is the hygiene situation. Some parents were using the shower area – meant for a quick rinse before entering the pool – as a full bath station, complete with soap and shampoo. This is both unhygienic and inconsiderate, making the experience unpleasant for others.
I hope the management takes steps to improve the cleanliness, safety, and enforcement of proper shower area use.

First and the last time coming here. Only 5.20pm and yet they close off the water. Is the management being stingy or are they lying regarding the closure time? Not recommending coming here to bring your kids for a day of fun. Expect disappointment.

I hit my leg on the end of the slide I think they should add like something soft at the end or extend the slide and the water dispenser thing turns off too often and the boys toilet didn't have a lock

Ridiculous place that does not allow kids to wear wet shoes. There are adults who wear their own daily shoes and only remove them when being told off by the security. They couldve brought any sharp or foreign objects that can hurt one’s feet. Was i wrong to allow my kids to then wear WET SHOES for their own safety??

Don’t come, they don’t even put up a time frame when it’s available

I was waiting for my lil brother to finish playing on the swing while drinking some good ol boba and the security that just spawned out of nowhere (like he just came from the door) said that no food or drink is allowed in a mean tone as if he has been hunting for this moment and like there were other people drinking energy drinks and soda and like, I know that this is to prevent contamination to the water but seriously there were no signs saying that food and drinks aren't allowed and if there are they better put them more noticeably. I know the security guard was just doing his job and is probably an amazing person but please can he atleast maybe be a bit more polite and I'm not some kind of war criminal who is polluting the water by dumping the boba, it was not even near any ofthe equipment. I don't usually do these serious reviews but the place is so bad that I had to.

The security lock up the place when it wasn't raining and my friend and I went to check the weather & it was not raining. This is an unexceptionable act. Other children wanted to come as well. In fact, lots.
Next time check the weather before assuming.

Love this water playground! Bring your kids during weekdays in the AM / Noon time, some times its empty with only a few kids around. the sliding water is very dirty though , just ask your kids to close mouth & nose while sliding down. well, thats 1 way to boost their body immunity & its a free public waterpark. hahaha

It’s open already! I brought my 1yo to check out the place but she was too afraid to go near. Definitely bringing my 4yo there next time!
