I paid for pimple patches with a 30% discount indicated clearly on the shelf, but when the transaction was made only 15% was discounted. I double checked with the staff, and they said that they printed it out wrongly so the dates of the discount/promotion were wrong, thus no more 30% discount. I have already paid thinking there was a 30% discount, but I can’t refund now even when they screwed up their system. I can’t help but feel like I was scammed into paying extra money when they couldn’t indicate the promotion properly furthermore rejected the refund. Aside from that, the staff did not apologise for the misunderstanding when I was the one who had to unknowingly chipped in extra money due to their careless mistakes. They brushed the issue aside not taking the issue into serious consideration, and it made me feel neglected as a customer. It feels unfair that I as a customer can’t rely on the official discount offered, and that I was fooled into paying extra for the price I did not sign up for. It makes me feel that the staff aren’t trustworthy and are not responsible of their duties, making customers pay extra on behalf of their carelessness.

Come a couple of time, the price is not updated, the label puts promotion from 24/7-20/8 2 for 40%, but when scan the product, it showed different price.

The items on the shelf were messy. Items with different promotions were put on the same shelf. It’s very misleading to customers. One of the staff attended to my inquiry for the refund, she asked me to choose the correct item and then she took my receipt. After that she didn’t give me any update and went back to the back office. I was waiting outside for her until I need to go in and check with her what to do for the next action. Then she only tell me to queue at the cashier for the refund.

Very poor customer service by Watsons staff, Ms Ayu! I was there around 10.50 am on Monday, 24 Feb 2025 at Watsons Compass One.
I signed up as Watsons member and the only cashier on duty at the counter asked her colleague Ms Ayu to assist me with the Watsons apps sign up. Ms Ayu served me halfway then disappeared. I waited for a while, but she did not come back.
The store manager passed by the counter, I informed her about this, then she asked Ms Ayu to attend to me. I waited for a while, then she appeared.
I have problem with the password which I have created, the system did not accept. So I checked with her what is the correct format. She uttered softly that "you need to key in your own password, I cannot be creating your password for you". I heard that so I asked her what did she say? She kept quiet. I told her that she is rude and she argued back that I am rude!
Watsons management please look into this! Thank you.

There is a Watson sales here today. Bought some stuff including one Bottle of pearly white mouth wash which I needed and grab when I saw. The promoter was nice to inform it's $4.40. when I was paying the nice cashier have problem scanning hence key manually but it doesn't show the discounted price. She seek help from her supervisor. When he came he ask me where did I see $4.40. Told him a lady told me and I took it at the atrium hall. He walk out and came back in seconds. And told me no ma'am u don't see any price tag. Fine Seeing the long Q I have up on that item . When I walk out the the atrium this is what I see. As photo attached. Anyway.. I just don't like the rude tones of that man which I didn't get his name.and probably he didn't bother to walk to the atrium to check cos he was busy giggling and talking to the girls in the storeroom

Lousy service casher staff. Don't even know your own promotion items. Insist that the toothpaste is not a sales item yet. Sales start tomorrow, 24th April. We had to leave the queue and walk back to the display stand and take the tab, and show it to him. It is a sales item from 30th March to 26th April 2023.
This is an item on going for sales coming to a month. Don't tell me you are still not aware of it. Will not patronize the branch again.

Just bought two bottle of detergent & I saw there is long queue at the counter side so I went to the kiosk machine to pay by my own because the queue is shorter. After I paid for my stuffs, this guy came to check my receipt wether I got paid the plastic bag but the thing is he never check the person in front of me (there were 3-4 person in front of me) & he only check mine. I asked him did he ensure everyone from here is paying for that he can’t answer me. I willing to pay for that but make sure u check one by one not just me or u might as well don’t put the plastic bag at the kiosk machine. This is so unfair :)

I asked the staff if the pharmacy has a thermometer to help my kid take a temperature as he feels a little warm and I am thinking to to buy paracetamol and give him or not. But the staff outright reject me and say "of course must go to a clinic." She said in a nasty way. "这里没有的 lah. 这种不是去polyclinic meh"
What good does a community pharmacy offer if they sell paracetamol but can't use a forehead thermometer to help a child and offer some self medication advice? I'm not asking for a diagnosis by a doctor. Just a self treatment that pharmacy can offer.
It will be another story if the pharmacy said they don't have a forehead thermometer. Or, just politely say they don't offer this service. No need so nasty! Zero for service!
Eventually, Guardian helped me.

Pharmacy Assistant on duty along with Pharmacists were helpful and knowledgeable. When asking about a first aid kit, they asked firstly if it was an MOM standard or just a simple kit. They then showed me where. I came only because Guardian couldn't even provide service. For your next visit when in the same building, consider Watson first. It's in the main floor anyways. Guardian is in the basement, very apt as their service standards are basement like. Well done Watson.

Shopped on June 13th 2023. Was attended by Shafiq, and I just have to say he is an exceptional staff! When prompted with a question, he took the additional steps to help get what we needed. He was also very patient even dealing with different types of customers, yet his friendly, kind and caring attitude never faded.
Thanks to the team who trained him and please take proper care to Shafiq as he is a wonderful staff that will go for mile.
Will definitely come to this specific Watson to shop again!
