Waiting time is too long despite showing less than 10mins after ordering.. Have been waiting for 30mins and the food is not ready. Food Quality is not consistent and too oily

You should definitely try this food. It’s very delicious. Of course you needed to waited to get the food but you can check your receipt no and think weather you will be staying or get other things done and come back. I prefer takeaway because in Sengkang they got small place.
You can get from $5-8 a portion, but it’s definitely 2 people can share 😀.
I ate it after 2 hours but it’s still warm and delicious. Although I like their environment friendly seasonal packaging. If your really in a hurry ask waiting time from the counter person before you make the order. Enjoy.

The making of order was very efficent and effective. I was able to order it within few mins and the kiosk had no issue. The waiting time was much shorter which made it more efficient and allowed me to wait for a shorter period of time to collect my food. Overall pretty efficient

Have been hearing feedbacks on the fried rice being comparable to ding tai feng so decided to try it out since FoodPanda pickup is slightly cheaper than retail price. Moreover you do not need to queue for 30 minutes or more during peak hour.
Ordered the healthy version that comes with one protein and one veg of your choice. It wasn’t too bad and I thought it was better than the king of fried rice at kopitiam square. Worth to try out and will definitely order the standard rice fried the next time.

Tried Wok Hey for the first time. Affordable price, fast service. I tried egg fried rice with grilled chicken. Taste wise its ok, a bit bland, i am sure the preparation can be improved. Place is quite hygienic. The portion looks small, but its certainly not, quite filling for 1 person.

Bought a crab meat dry laksa for $11.80 but there was no crab meat at all. I emailed the outlet manager and they responded to the email very fast. Good customer service. They will be refunding me back the amount of what i purchase. Will definitely come bak and buy more with the great service given and hope that it wont happen again. But overall even I abit dissapointed but the management manage to solve the issue in a very fast way. Now i am waiting for the amount to be be transferred bck to me. Thank you.

Had been a fan of wok hey 2 months ago. However in my recent da-pao of the fried rice with chicken cubes, the meat were spongy, feels they were not fully cooked. True enough, I had bad diarrhoea after one meal. Please review the way you handle meat, ensuring they are fully cooked. At least 20mins are needed for chicken to be cooked.
Will refrain from eating wok hey for awhile.

Good! As good as the egg fried rice from Din Tai Fung. Price ranging from $5-$8. However, queue is very long and takes quite long to get your food ready as they have to cook your food one by one, as each order is customised to individual.
