I work in the service industry and yellow is by far the best service staff I have ever met. My interaction with her made me feel like the amount that I spent with Yale is worth it and the experience automatically increased my perception of the whole company/brand. She is friendly, approachable, extremely detailed, hard-working, honest and knows her products well and is technically excellent. She even knows about products that are not available in Singapore and old/previous versions. She is the definition of a star employee. She is always willing to learn about new products like my Homey smart system and Eufy security system. She also ensured that the I had step-by-step instructions on how to install the model and the Wifi hub and was extremely patient. I also saw multiple clients that she also helped guide through the process. She also explained the features of the Wifi hub as well as the limitations so that I had realistic expectations before the purchase. she was in way pushy but I was willing to spend the extra amount (vs order via Lazada) becos of the service and confidence she gave me. She then took down my number and followed up with me to ensure that I was able to successfully install the module and the hub. I don’t mind people texting me at anytime (don’t get me wrong with the screenshot) just wanted to show that she went above and beyond what she needed to do as an employee. If Yale doesn’t fully capitalised and utilise her expertise and service standards it would be such a waste. I’m very thankful I’ve met her in such a small store at compass. Well done Yellow !

Jerald is knowledgeable to answered all my enquiries and concern for replacing my almost 10 year old Yale digital lock. He is also responsive to my messages when I send him the photos of my existing lock to be sure if can be replace. The reason why I wanted to use back Yale is for the reliability even though there are other options in the market with better features and price point. Got a good deal for doing a trade in.

I bought my digital lock for my new house last year, Miss Yellow from Compass One@Sengkang was attended to me and she is super friendly & very helpful in sharing information with me abt Yale locks. I have troubling her to change/re arrange installation date 2 times due to some delayed from my ID. Besides, the gentlemen who installed the lock is fast n efficient. Overall, I’m very happy & satisfied with their services. Highly recommended!!!

Visited this branch to enquire about the locks on a Saturday. Spent around 45min with Jerald, who patiently explained and clarified our doubts. Returned to purchase on Monday and was served by Jerald again who remembered us and processed our purchase promptly. He is detailed and meticulous, explaining in a professional manner. We bought the Yale lock because of the excellent service, detailed explanation and patience from our interaction with Ms Chang/ Yellow. We were in decided but her detailed knowledge of Yale product, market product difference , kind assistance and patience in promoting Yale make use decide on spot to buy. She is extremely helpful to get us the earliest slot for installation for the next day and alternative slot. The whole experience from explanation, promoting, and service is great. Ms Chang was the only staff available to serve customers when we went there at around 7pm on a Friday night. Despite the non-stop customers she had to serve, she was always very patient and happy to explain / clarify any queries that customers had. She also went the extra mile to check if there were earlier installation slots for customers constantly. We were very happy with the service and advice received and decided to purchase a replacement Yale ByYou D Pro Smart Deadbolt to replace our faulty Yale YDD424 model. Definitely recommend the experience but you may have to wait for your turn to be served if there are many customers around.

Excellent service by staff at this branch. She was very patient and clear in sharing all the functions of the different safe boxes. Gave us space to consider what to buy, and was not pushy at all. Enjoyable shopping experience. Bought a safe from her in the end. Would recommend!
