so disappointing. bought pretzels multiple times here at compass one, and it’s always burnt and hard. this is not the first time they gave me burnt and hard pretzels. every single purchase was bad pretzels. whats going on????

I bought both cinnamon and original pretzels. It was disappointing because the pretzels didn't even seems to heat up and felt like the pretzel wasnt fresh & it seems like not heated. Feels like they didnt even bother to heat up for the customer :) also rude staff poor customer service, please do smothing about it thank you

To be frank i had always love eating the pretzel. But today i encounter the cinnamon bread tasted very weird. Not sure why but i just dont like the taste. And one of the staff was very rude!! Two of them were staring at me as if i owe them something. I am not happy with the way they treated me as a customer. Please teach them to learn some manners.

Bought a sour cream & onion pretzel from this sengkang branch & feeling disappointed. The sales person simply sprinkled some powder over the pretzel in a paper package, which was clearly insufficient. The pretzel tasted more like a plain pretzel than a sour cream & onion one. won’t be getting again.

Unpleasant experience today. Bought a cheesy dog and an original pretzel for dinner. Returned home to realize that the chessy hotdog is just a plain hotdog. No wonder the auntie hesitated. In hindsight I should have clarified based on her reaction but still feel very frustrated I got cheated. May be just a few cents but the experience killed the mood for the day. Sigh. 1 star

I had a wonderful experience getting served by the team, Sabrina, Naufal and Lisa. They suggested the best seller flavors and I fall in love with it. Cinnamon Pretzel is my favorite.

I don't know if it's because the store is new and hence the standard is held higher here but this place sells the best tasting auntie annes pretzels!! No hint of bitterness at all, and so fluffy and chewy. I always feel safe buying from here because the standard is sustained all the few times I bought here, hope the quality won't drop to the inconsistency of pretzels I've tasted at plq and plaza sing.
