Thank you Polly for your attentiveness to this customer's needs. It's not my first time visiting but I always look forward to coming back not only because of the lovely and welcoming staff but also because the food quality never fails to tickle my taste buds! I'm here today at 430pm to try out their lunch special (11am-5pm). I usually visit 8-9pm after work where the waiting time is longer due to the increase in crowds. Thank you for the kind hospitality. If you need water just ask for a cup and the ginger condiments although FOC but you still need to order through their app.

Used to come here often when my son has lesson in Compass One. So often that this aunty Su Bueh recognised us n always give us a warm n big welcome. She is a very nice lady, good service, friendly n helpful. My son likes her so much always come will ask n look for her. We felt so warm n home like when she is around. He say she is like ah ma. Food is good n reasonable price.

Very good dining experience. The crew staff, Polly is knowledgeable and provide good advise to customers on point redemptions. Observed that she is patient with customers too.

My daughter in love with Genki. Twice a week it's a must. Her all time favourite! Thanks Waitress Su Bueh letting us know that every 1st week of the month (Wednesday)got 20% Thankful day!

Thanks Bee Hong for helping us chase for the kids bento! Waited more than 30min! It is always the last to come, even tho that’s the first item we sent to kitchen base on past experience. Dunno why other family who came in 20min after us received their kids meal together with ours…

Was told by staff Su Bueh to drop a good Google review and get complimentary cream puff voucher. No harm. Anyway, food here is pretty nice, my child likes it too. Thank you! p/s: nearly ended my meal already so not much food photo to showcase 😆

Crystal service was great! She was always attentive and willing to help with a great attitude! She even shared with us about the perks of being a member with Genki. Always love going to Genki!

Friendly server Su Bueh and nice food. Recommend to come if your kids like ice cream puff and small portion of Japanese dishes. After note: Back to visit again with friendly Su Bueh helping with our orders. Good to be back and happy finishing all the delicious food.
