I went at around 3pm and ordered the $2 latte thru McDonald's app deals (with any purchase: Apple pie). Items were served very fast. As it is after lunch hour, most of the people are students hanging at the outlet. Affordable place if you just want to have a drink and a place to sit. Outlet is also keep in clean and tidy environment. Good job to the staff.

bruh.. ordered through online mcdonald’s app takeaway so probably my order can come out faster? nope, waiting 10mins for 1 singular meal, aunty calling out the orders gave my order to someone before me and didnt even check her number, ask me to wait another 12 mins for my new meal, didnt apologise & didnt give me sauce either.

Just wanna say thanks to the service crew. Came on a tuesday night and didnt expect a crowd at 930pm. However, the food is being served pretty fast. People should be more appreciative towards mcdonalds' staff. Cheers!

I ordered double mc spicy Not one and a half mc spicy You give one acceptable patty while the other is just smaller than the palm of my hand. What is this Are your employees blind .. can’t it be the same as what it is . Cause the price is already big and growing so isn’t the patty also suppose to be big and growing . Give those small ones to your workers not to customers . Simple tactician Next time Those who bought patties double check .. you have the right to do so and ask for exchange

It’s Saturday morning. McDonald’s is packed. And I know that it is hard to deal with orders. But my question of the day is: What does Now Serving mean? I saw my number pop up on the screen and approached the counter. But the manager guy in the vest told me that it’s not ready yet and they’ll call me when my order is ready. I thought it meant it was right about ready, since the number appeared on the screen. so I stood by the counter. He then told me to wait elsewhere cos my order isn’t ready yet. So does Now Serving suddenly mean something else? Several other customers came up and asked for their orders, only to be deceived by the screen and were turned away. He said they’ll call out our numbers. But this is so needless if the guys just knew how to process the orders. Either fix your screen or fix your people. And the orders are not lined up according to their appearance on the screen either. Someone behind me was called before I did. That’s fine. But why are we both on the Now Serving side if our orders weren’t ready yet. Anyway, I had time to observe how they worked. It’s clear from the way the takeaway bags were placed on the counter that order sequence was not taken into account. People who ordered for lunch got their food before I did. The staff were slow. Doesn’t matter if they’re young or old. And btw. Thanks, CY.
